"Excellent product, still trying this out but so far so good"

"Bed was delivered as promised. The delivery team did an excellent job. Two minor problems: On Cal king the two sides were not synced for zero gravity or TV, one phone call & I had the directions to sync. The overall depth of the bed didn’t fit with my rails & the headboard doesn’t align to the lineal. But this may be a normal issue with any adjustable bed. The bed itself is amazingly comfortable. By slightly elevating the head my sweeties neck & upper spine no longer hurt every morning. My reflux is has significantly reduced. Love love this bed. "

"I am very satisfied with the entire experience with Saatva. The ordering process was easy and I liked having someone to talk about options with. Then, the delivery of the adjustable frame and mattress was very professional. I was called to set up a delivery time at my convenience. The team of three were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Before they left they made sure that we understood how to use the remote and function the bed. Since then, we had one issue with the bed frame, called Saatva and got help within minutes. Like i said, very satisfied."

"I am confused about the wallhugging feature. I feel this a bit deceiving as that it is said to be wallhugging yet when in the upright position it is two feet away from the wall and my night stand is out of reach. Main reason I went with this particular bed was the wallhugging feature. Pretty disappointed."

"Dan did a great job, changing out two legs of my wife’s bed and raising both beds up two knotches. Also he explained how to better run the remote with the preset controls. Also showed us how to set up the beds (zero gravity) setting as a preset which makes changing the sheets so easy. Extremely super! Norm and Joy"

"The frame works as advertised. The only problem with the split lineal is when they are laying flat it is difficult to get close with your partner and when you change sheets you have to separate the beds. The cost is about one third more than it is worth."
