"The fellows that delivered were very good, helpful, friendly, no problems. Timeframe was not good. I had taken an entire day off work and was told delivery would be between 8:00-12:00 with a half hour courtesy call. I finally called shipping company @ 12:00 to check on them. Delivery was at 3:00 I could have scheduled MY DAY differently."

Lineal adjustable is amazing

"We love our adjustable bed, the features such as custom settings, one touch is great because it remembers your settings, the one touch is convenient. We like the under bed light, the massage settings are just amazing. I like the zero gravity because it's a comfortable way to sleep. We bought the split king and we both like having control of our own settings. It's made very well and it's sturdy, excellent craftsmanship. We are extremely happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend lineal adjustable base. "

Mattress was not what described online.

"Received the bed and it was as hard as a rock. Called to have the mattress changed to the softer one and got charged an additional $100.00. Have not received that mattress yet. Do not have a lot of faith in this one either."

Very Happy

"The delivery men were very nice, courteous and knowledgeable about my new lineal base and saatva mattress. The customer service was excellent. I was notified 30 min before their arrival and received emails from Neil at 2 College Brothers to schedule delivery in advance also. I have had bad experiences in the past with delivery men but Neil and Joey were great. They really cared about me, the customer, and took extra care to take out old mattress and bring in my new base and mattress. Very professional and represent Saatva and Lineal in the highest way possible. I am so happy with my base and mattress. I had extensive spine surgery in March and I am finally able to get a good night's sleep. Very satisfied with entire process from ordering to delivery. I will recommed Saatva/Lineal to all my family and friends."

What back pain?

"I've got significant arthritis in my spine, so a mattress that can ease that is wonderful. The Lineal system allows me to get specific support where I want/need it and sleep pretty solidly through the night. Love the massage. And the night light is just fine."

Great service and a great bed!

"Great service and a great bed! As I was creating my new business I had to sleep for four years on a fold out couch bed. So compared to that of course my mattress is fantastic! But I have slept on good mattresses before, and the plush firm mattress that I chose - I really love, and I love even more the LINEAL adjustable bed frame with all of its different positions. I loved every part of the order and delivery service. They were responsive, quick and did an excellent job. They even took out my old fold-up couch mattress. I normally don't like to write reviews, that SAATVA really deserves my full endorsement. I am very happy! Moshe G."

Delivery Disappointment

"I haven’t really used my Lineal so this is really a review of the “White Glove Delivery” service. When the delivery drivers showed up they immediately asked me where my new bed went. When I informed them I had a bed to remove they said that wasn’t on their paperwork. Funny, it was on my emailed receipt AND the invoice I signed when they left. I had heard of this happening to an online reviewer as well. At least they did haul the old bed away and it didn’t cost me extra.

The next issue was the metal bed frame. When I asked the delivery crew if the crossmembers needed to be removed for the Lineal to fit they said, “Yes.” No biggie, the Saatva rep I spoke with two days ago said the delivery crew would be able to handle it. Well they had no tools so I handled it. It’s not really a big deal to break out a screwdriver and a wrench but, once again, fell well short of what I expected the “White Glove Delivery” experience to be.

I’ve read great things about Loom & Leaf and Saatva. I also know they cannot totally control every customer experience. That said, I’m looking forward to using their products and hope they live up to their on-line reputation.

Couldn't Ask for More

"I have a bad back. It's just a fact of life for me. There are times when I go through a flare and I am on the couch unable to lift my own legs because I am in such agony. The need for a good bed was CRITICAL as I get older. I needed to invest in a new bed, and all my research led to Saatva Lineal bed. I'm not going to lie, it was quite expensive as we needed a king lineal set-up. So, in essence, we had to buy 2 beds. Quite honestly, the mattress is a little firm for my taste, but I plan on buying a topper for it to soften it just a bit. (yes, we could exchange it out for a softer version, but I don't know if I will go through with that or not yet).

I love being able to sleep in zero gravity. Obviously, for alignment purposes sleeping on my back is best, but not always comfortable. Now I can align myself perfectly by lifting my feet and legs just a bit and my head a small amount. But, that's not the best part of all of this experience.

The best part was the customer service. I ordered the bed 1 week before our move. I was told it was a 9-14 day delivery. I called and shared the urgency that my back was not doing well and I needed something as soon as possible. I asked that if by chance there was a way to deliver sooner I would be VERY appreciative. I was told they would make a note and do the best they can do. I'll have you know, totally unexpectedly, I received a call a few days later that the bed was scheduled for delivery on the day we closed on our new home! The timing was amazing. The customer service agent heard my needs and acted accordingly. I could not be more grateful.

Now I just need to find the right pillow for my neck ;-)
