I took a chance on a non-refundable $2,400 adjustable base and I am pretty disappointed. It moves VERY slowly, there are no pre-sets (or memory options) on the remote, and you have to actually hold down the up and down arrows (even for the Zero-Gravity option, which should be a one click, automatic adjustment - something I saw on bases half the price...) The warranty is good and all, but I wish they would update the features on their remote.. disappointed overall and not worth the money, in my opinion."

"Not very impressed with the adjustable base bed and delivery. Base seems somewhat flimsy and motor to operate up/down controls are very slow. The delivery was not good all around. I received numerous texts and emails regarding pending delivery with instructions to call to set up delivery appt but when you do, no one is available and you are instructed to leave message but no one returns your calls. Upon delivery, they set up the base but refused to attached the headboard brackets and said I could do it myself. Problem is the bed is so heavy that it's impossible to move without taking everything apart but even without the mattress on the base, it's still very heavy.

The Saavta mattress on the other hand, is very nice, and people are great to deal with."
