"I bought a wireless trigger from them and it was faulty DOA. The trigger won't stop firing the flash at it's own will.
I contacted them and they said I'd have to pay for shipping to send it back but they'd reimburse me with store credit.
Over a month later I've spent $79 + $16 on the return shipping and they've not reimbursed me nor sent me a working device.
They are ripping people off and stealing our money."

"My order for some quadcopter parts was for $37.87. At least that's what it said when I clicked on the Order button. LinkDelight promptly charged my debit card for $40.66! Next day I am notified that the most expensive item is out of stock:

I said No and asked them to send the other items and refund the balance; they denied that they overcharged my account. Another week goes by and we exchange 14 emails. During this time I get suspicious and cancel the order altogether and ask for a refund. Here's the latest:
"Please kindly note it normally takes about one week for your credit card company release the refund to your account. Please kindly wait for the refund patiencely as the payment is already not in our account.

It smells like they are trying to drag this out as long as possible until I can no longer contest the charge to my account. I am stopping payment today. Never again, Link Delight!
Update: The refund was received. I must say that as far as communications go, they were good about replying to my emails. "
"LinkDelight shipped to me a faulty product. After 10 weeks of back and forth I have no solution. They wanted me to make a video of the product not functioning even after I pointed out this would not reveal what the problem was. They want me to ship the product back for testing but refuse to issue me with a return authorization number (which is listed on their web site as a requirement for accepting a returned product). Without this number they can simply refuse to receive the item. And repeated requests to speak with a supervisor or manager have been ignored. If you have a problem they will screw you over. I will never do business with this company again."

"I bought several products (including complete studio equipment with 7 Pro- Flashes) from them and was always pretty satisfied. In 2013 then I bought a battery grip for the canon 5D mk II which never arrived completely. Later in that year I made another big order (reaching silver status at link delight). It took ages before the things arrived. When the parcel finally arrived, there where various things missing. The 7" display, the car GPS system etc. were not in the parcel. The camera belts broke the first day (luckily my canon full format cameras were not damaged). When I claimed the missing items the polite answer was to write what exactly was missing (actually I had sent them a list with their item numbers). the end of the game was: polite answers like: could you make a photo... etc. but no refund and no goods. I think after doing a good job for years they finally realized they make more money by not sending the products. Anyhow, prices went up and now you get must of the stuff at amazon for a good price. I will not buy at link delight again."
