"I ordered 2 pkgs of cupcake wrappers (total weight maybe 2 oz). My bad that I didn't notice the freight cost when I placed the order but they charged me $15.00!!! When I rec'd them in the small padded envelope, the UPS label read 5 POUNDS!!!! I have tried calling but get recording that office is closed. I have emailed twice and NO response. R-I-P-O-F-F Is this legal???"

"They had an incorrect label on the product header online and no description. The photograph was also not the same product as I received. They finally gave me an RA # but then charged me for return shipping/restocking fee! It was their mistake yet I had to pay for it. When I asked them about it in an email they never responded. I have sent two out and nothing back. I went on their site and rated the product page to notify other buyers that the heading description was wrong, but after I submitted my review, they removed my review from their site! Now I know why there are no negative reviews on their site; they simply remove the negative ones. I wouldn't do business with them again if they were giving items away. Buyer beware!"
