They take your money then don't ship

"I ordered a couple items from Lions Deal several weeks ago. They never came. I called several times and emailed. When I finally got a hold of someone they told me it would be shipped last week. Never shipped. Of course they charged my credit card the full amount so now I have to go through VISA to get a credit. I don't understand how a business like this can survive."

"The item was a replacement guard for a mandolin that I have. The one from Lionsgate works but does not have a rim on the bottom that keeps the guard in the track. Be careful. "

No Refund or Replacement without Pictures?

"Unfortunately, I did not check my order prior to setting up an event. You'd figure charger plates won't be shipped broken. When I contacted Lionsdeal customer service I was told I need to send picture in order to receive replacement charger plates. This discovery took place during setup and there was no time to stop and take plate selfies. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. 7 out of 72 were broken. You would think that they'd be a bit more reasonable. "

Forget about your refund

"I ordered lots of stuff for from lions deal. Their web site is very attractive and make you buy most of the stuff. All my order was fine, but the woks that I wanted they were out of stock and this salesperson forced me to buy some other kind. She said they are better than I wanted to order. When I received the order these woks were no way near that one I wanted. So I requested for return and thats where issue starts. It has been over 8 weeks ( order placed on 11/28/2016) and I dont have my refund. I sent many emails and they say your refund will take up to 30 days.I dont know how they count their 30 days. Will post other review when my refund is issued ( if I ever get back that $400 ). "

"Worst service ever, absolutely will never use this company again, Called left messages
twice for someone to call me for opening orders for 2 businesses and they never
called, Was on hold for one hour, still no response, how do you run a business like'this???

"So I ordered this recliner chair from these jokers on or about April 25, 2014. Delivery is scheduled for May 7, 2014; great. I get a call on May 2, 2014 from David begging me to cancel the order because the item is out of stock, after they have my money. OK so I cancel the order to help them out and place an order for the recliner with Amazon Prime for an extra $20... No problem. Phone rings on May 6, 2014, and it's David again, this time begging me to cancel the Amazon order and buy the recliner from Lionsdeal again. Well I'm thinking I'm going to pass but David convinces me that the recliner will arrive on May 13, 2014, 100% guaranteed for sure. All right so I cancel the Amazon order that was in transit to accommodate David's commission check and Lionsdeal's bottom line. May 14,2014 rolls around and still no recliner delivery. I phone Lionsdeal and ask for David... David who? no David here, No David but David's boss Josh investigates the matter and discovers that the item is out of stock and that they cancelled my order. These are real men of genius! No refund so far. Run away, fast..."

"Today I was shopping for a kitchen item doing a Google search and Google said LionsDeal.com has free shipping on my item.

When went to their website after put my address and payment info in, their website added a HUGE shipping charge to my order. I almost did not notice and was just about to press the button. Glad noticed, because the numbers were inflated. So I called customer service, who did not answer so had to leave a message. When they called me back was told LionsDeal.com would not honor the free shipping (as advertised today on Google)!? Was told LionsDeal.com used to have free shipping and does not anymore. He said I have got wrong old information. The guy blamed the internet saying it is sometimes out of date. Asked if I could send them the link to have the free shipping honored, and so they could fix it for others going forward... The person on the phone did not care and was very rude. Told him I would write a bad review and complain to Google. The Customer Service response was to go ahead. So here it is. Also reported them to Google for violating the rules as a merchant.

Do not buy from LionsDeal.com is the bottom line. We vote with our dollars. LionsDeal.com seems to expect consumers like me to fix their online presence for free and does not accept solid feedback. I will never shop at LionsDeal.com ever unless they make this right (not holding my breath and will keep you posted if something changes).
