"This company is a big scam after all. I have purchased a total of 3 different pallets. Every single pallet, I have to dispute to get some credits back. The last pallet was the worst one of all. As the seller (acselluar) described, a lot have 4000 NEW cases with models as follows; iPhone 7, iPhone X, Samsung S6, Samsung Note 10, iPad Air1 and iPad Air2. I was thinking if I could get $1 for each 4000 cases, I could get $4K out of it. I was totally wrong. I received only 2554 good products and 214 damaged cases (it even marked "damaged" on the two boxes). There is no Samsung Note 10 or iPad Air2 as they advertised on their website. It makes matters worse; they made me dump every single case out of the box for a group photo. How stupid is it? How impossible is it for me, the sole individual, to handle that much work and there is no space for me to do so? They asked for a photo of the damaged cases. I provided it to them, but they came up with an excuse that there is no evidence at all. They are never in contact with me about the Note 10 and the iPad Air2 in their ads. You know, even little kids know how to count. 4000 versus 2768 are two different numbers. I will spread bad words about this company; then report it to "bbb.org". You are not going to get away from this one AT ALL. Mark my words on it."
"Purchased a advertised 2 bedroom , 2 bath living Oil field employee quarters . $8,000 shipping , purchase price Approx. $5,000 , when received it was only 1 bath.
Almost $20,000 later now I have hired and Attorney for false advertising. No one seem to want to settle this matter. Contractor wants about $11,000 to add extra bathroom that was promised in advertised auction. Tools weeks to find out who to Sch. With for shipper to pick up unit in PA. And deliver to NC to our farm.
They kept providing contacts for people who no longer worked for the Company.
Be very careful purchasing from them!
Now 5 months later after Auction closed its costing us even more money! "
"2022 Oct 20 purchased one tv from their parent company secondipity. Arrived Oct 31. 2023 Feb 06 started to turn screen black and internal error. Managed to get into the service mode and pulled the error code and with guess... a timestamp!!! 2022 Oct 28.
So this is intentional fraud. Guess they were not smart enough to know modern tvs log everything with date."
"We purchased a 'package' of electronic returns from Liquidation.com. The seller stated MSRP was $4011.00, but when we received the package and inventoried the items they sent, the actual MSRP from manufacturer's websites was $1861.25. That's a difference of over $2100 between stated MSRP and actual MSRP. In addition, 2 of the 'big ticket items' in the auction package were airpods, both of which were sealed in their boxes. However, further inspection showed that the items had been replaced with counterfeit/damaged items, and were re-sealed to appear like new. We contacted Liquidation.com, and wouldn't assist us because we tried to sell some of the items before filing the complaint. But unfortunately, we couldn't know the extent that we were defrauded until we sold the airpods and were advised by our ebay buyers that the items were fakes.
Avoid purchasing from this company if you expect to get any decent merchandise or any level of service after a sale."
"Ordered a truckload of Amazon returns with 87 items on manifest in detail. Actually received 8 of the items we were suppose to and got a bunch of “pallet filler” aka. Junk to fill up the truck, ie.. Rubbermaid totes and furniture missing crucial pieces and or hardware and got random stuff with no instructions in boxes not related to items. Complete nightmare. Will never shop there again!!"
"Fake bids, inaccurate manifest, most of the "expensive" items are lost or broken, they just threw the pallet outside the warehouse for me to pick it up and locked the door, when I tried to knock the door or calling them no response because they knew I was matching the manifest.
just keep away from those scammers."
"Very weird setup. I bought a few things and ended up having recommended sellers sending me items that did not match the description and pictures. Lost $1000s of dollars trusting these goons"
"I purchased some items that were marked new, I received torn boxed, full of moldy products, that did not even look like the pictures posted. I disputed, and they send me a message, saying my dispute was denied. Do not buy from this web site. There is no customer service. Any time u call, you get a voice mail. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. "
"They don't even deserve the one star, but the system wont let me put zero stars. I bid and won an item from Liquidity Services TI auction (9-30-19), after winning the item I was told that I had to wire transfer the money. So I went to my bank and wired the money, then received an email stating paid invoice, 4 days (10-4-19) later. At this point I was told they would setup a pickup date. Two weeks later I was told by the TI person that they would have to disconnect the item and he would get back to me. A week later I got an email from Liquidity services saying that they will be sending out a check to me because the items were not supposed to be sold. A month later I still have yet to receive my money or equipment purchased. I was told a check went out, but have yet to receive the check. I spoke to different person and he said he would start the process all over again. He asked for another week to try and get us paid.

"I paid over $11,000.00 for 4 lots, each said 25 iPhone SX Max, they said was unlocked and the showed nice pictures, I received one SX Max in each lot and rest were iPhone 3, iPhone 5 and 6 and they were all broken up so bad, BE Aware off Cell Phones & Accessories guys, are total fraud."
"Ordered 30 pairs of assorted cute and trendy jeans. Received nothing like the jeans pictured. I received all Chuns Fashions jeans that were all the same and not trendy. Filed a complaint and requested to return them for a full refund and was told to send pictures. I sent a picture of 1 pair and said they were ALL the same jeans and claim was denied because I did not send a picture of each individual pair of jeans (30 pairs!) I did send 2 pictures with 15 pairs in each.
After, they took down the pictures in the listing and de-activated my account.
I have reported them to the BBB and they keep sending the same message back that they requested photos and didn't receive them within 24 hours so denied claim.

"I won an Online auction for 7 phones that people returned, 4 of them were broken. On one of the boxes, it was written not usable, trash.
It is not clear how the company Allowing this fraud.
This was the last time I am buying from them, you should stay away as well.

"I Purchased a lot from liquidation.com the Seller is fashionforward. The lot was listed as returns with an MSRP of 4000.00. After reviewing the items more then half were unsellable. The items have rips, holes, major stains, missing buttons. This lot should have been SALVAGE. Be careful buying from fashionforward. I would recommend buying returns from Amazon Sellers. Always get what is expected."
"I ordered a pallet of "customer returns" goods from Liquidation.com from a seller called "BedBathBeyond_Stores." The pallet was estimated at $6,311.59 in MSRP value. When we received it and inventoried the contents, not only were the items disgustingly used, they value that we tabulated was just under $3700 MSRP. The items should have been sold as SALVAGE and not RETURN. We contacted Liquidation.com to discuss the issue and filed a complaint and dispute with them. We were informed this day that the dispute was not concluded in our favor and that we were stuck with the JUNK items that we received.
I would not recommend using BedBathBeyond_Stores and at this point we are taking Liquidation.com off our vendor list due to their inept manner of handling customer complaints. There are many other companies to choose from and we are disappointed and dismayed at the service, or lack thereof from Liquidation.com. Just proves that the small fish get no respect from them.
Please understand that I knew that there would be issues with some of the products. That's the nature of the business. However, the GROSS misrepresentation by Bed_Bath_Beyond_Stores and the support of that misrepresentation by Liquidation.com is unacceptable. As a bidder, PLEASE take caution before you actually do the bidding and make sure you are prepared for a loss.
Also, the shipping "quote" ended up being over $60 MORE than we anticipated, which ate into ANY profit that much more. Again, buyer beware before using this company and explore all other options. As this industry grows so will the opportunity to work with folks who care about customer satisfaction. THIS company does not."
"You can get some fair deals here but you have to tread very carefully and pay close attention to the details. I had an issue with the AuctionDeals site they operate where I bid on an item and the payment options included credit card. When I won and clicked to pay the invoice it reverted to wire transfer only which added to the cost.
Spoke with a company rep about it who gave me some runaround and a sarcastic attitude.
Again, you can get a good deal here and there and most of the actual sellers I have worked with have been great. However, the company itself seems to work hard to redefine "slimy"."
