"In the time of Covid production of materials and product have been halted causing project delays. We called LV with a number of Vanities that we needed assurance of stock inventory. Within minutes we received real time confirmation of stock, expected delivery times, and even substitute options for out of stock models. Everything was delivered/received on time and in mint condition. Our new go to site for our clients from now on. Great, fast service. "

Extremely Rude Customer Service

"I ordered a vanity from List Vanities on March 11, 2021. I received an email conmfirmation of the order for the $1538 vanity and countertop. My wife and I chose the vanity from a variety of vanities advertised by List Vanities. I called a couple of times to learn what was happening with the order, because I wasn't getting any information from List Vanities. After waiting for more than two weeks, I called and spoke with Ray. Ray was very cordial and apologized for the delay, stating that there were containers of vanities on a ship in California, which weren't being unloaded, and that he had no idea as to when the vanity I ordered would be shipped. I had a contractor scheduled to do a bathroom renovation, and I needed to have the vanity for him to install. I explained that to Ray, but there was nothing he could do to expedite the shipment. So, after three weeks and a day after ordering the vanity, I called Ray on April 3 to cancel the order. Ray sent me images of three vanities he had in stock, with similar styling. However, they were of a dark wood, which I wasn't interested in. When I told Ray that I wasn't interested, and only wanted the vanity I ordered, he became extremely rude, claiming that I was "splitting hairs" over the differences between the vanities he offered, and the one I ordered. When I told him to cancel the order, he became downright nasty, and told me that a 3% charge would be deducted from my refund, which amounted to $46.
So, I waited three weeks and a day for delivery, with Ray not knowing when the container on the West coast would be released, and then was treated very rudely because I canceled the order, and charged $46 because List Vanities couldn't deliver timely.

Will I ever attempt to do business with List Vanities again, after being penalized for attempting to do so the first time? That's rather doubtful. Given the circumstances, I shouldn't have been charged $46 for List Vanities' failure to deliver. I'll file a complaint with the BBB, and write to the Pennsylvania Attorney General regarding the legality of the charge.

If you choose to do business with List Vanities, make sure you understand what your options are regarding reasonable wait time, and the consequences of canceling your order should that wait time be exceeded. There's no legitimate reason for anyone to be charged an order cancellation fee if a vendor can't deliver timely.

3 split drawers...

"Love my rustic single sink vanity. We thought we inspected it well enough, but until we were able to switch the handles and pull out the drawers did we notice 3 drawers were split across the base. My hubby was able to use a pin nailer to fix two, but the 3rd we could not. Wish I could attach photos. "

In the nick of time

"We purchased 2 vanities from one of the big box retailers and were expecting delivery in two weeks. Two months later they arrived damaged so we were in a jam. Thankfully we found ListVanities. We spoke to their CS, they founds us two similar models that were in stock, shipped out quickly, and arrived in mint condition 5 days later. Lifesaver!! Def will refer anyone to this company "

Great Product and Good Company Service!

"Finally, a legit online vendor! Im always doubtful with online shopping but this store proved me wrong, First they made it possible to deliver my purchased item on time, even though it was the holiday season. Second the vanity made my bathroom looked like it was from a high class hotel. And Third my guests also thought the same thing, that's why they are getting their Bathroom vanities, linen cabinets etc. here!"

Guidance through troubled times

"We were apprehensive in purchasing a vanity during the pandemic but when we called ListVanities for help they guided us to options from manufacturers that warehouses were still operational during the shutdown. We bought a beautiful piece and received it a week later!! Great honest service, trustworthy, and helped us stay busy during this quarantine. Def recommend their site and service. "

Excuses, Lies, and Hostility

"I ordered a bathroom vanity frim this company. Seventeen days later, I sent an email asking the status as the online status just said not finished. I was told they could not access their warehouse for at least another week. I have contractors coming in 20 days and I obviously don't have time to play around, so I cancelled my order. The communication from their customer service was as follows:

Jeff,

We are an online retailer. We represent over 50 different manufactures of bath vanities and products, over 5000 bath vanities
alone. The bath vanities ship directly from each individual manufactures warehouse. This vanity that you ordered, this
manufacturers warehouse is temp shut down due to COVID-19. This is the case for every single online retailer you will come
across. All bath vanities ships like this. Home Depot, Loews, Houzz, Overstock, etc ect. Unfortunately this model will only come
available when the ban is lifted and they are able to return to the warehouse. In addition to the pandemic, there is the Tariff
war and Anti-dumping tax causes most Antique models like the one you purchased to be out of stock without any ETAs for
replenishment. Here are a few models, also in stock, in warehouses still active that we can ship out right away. Hope this clarity
can help with your decision.

I replied:

As I stated, please cancel this order. Home Depot has one in stock that will arrive by April 6th that I have ordered.

Their reply:

Jeff,

Right where you belong sir. The cheapest made product on the market, Home Decorators Collection. We are happy to return
your fund first thing tomorrow.

My final reply:

They deliver within a reasonable time. They also communicate with their customers in a timely manner when an item is
delayed and don’t force the customer to come looking for you. My review will also reflect you abysmal customer service as well
as your denigration of a competitor’s wares.

I worked in IT customer service at NASA and I would never dream of speaking to a customer in this manner. If you condone this behavior, by all means, order from them. Like another poster has said, "Just hope nothing goes wrong!!!!"

BE AWARE OF COMPANY!!

"Please read all reviews regarding Ray. Evidently he has a very nasty reputation, which I have experienced!
I ordered a 56" vanity and was notified it was, "sold out and will not be back into stock until the tariff wars resolve itself". Ray sent an email with other suggestions size range from 54-42". After reviewing website I found another 56" vanity that appeared to be available and for same price and sent link in which I was then told ALL 56" vanities are out of stock. This is my email to Ray:
Dear Ray,
If all 56" models are out of stock, I kindly suggest that this should be reflected on your website. As of last night, it appears there are options. At this time, please refund the charges as I need a 56" vanity. If renovations of home change, I will reorder at a later time.
Best regards.
WELL the response from Ray was over the top rude as I was told,"You being stubborn and reality will show you the truth" and canceled my order. AmEx has been notified as I'm waiting reimbursement of $1393 from List Vanities.
My advice, if you order from company, hope all goes well. If not, be aware of Ray.

"Needed a very unique and abnormal sized pre-manufactured bath vanity and no one could help us but Listvanities.com. They saved us thousands in a find that if made from scratch would be way more money. It arrived 10 days later, mint condition and LV's customer service team advised us on how to get it into the garage for FREE. Great experience, would definitely recommend their services. "

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. To say this company is shady would be the understatement of the century. From what I can tell there is ONE guy who will give you 12 different names and pretend to hold 12 different positions so that when you call with questions or for an explanation why your order is completely wrong he can shirk all responsibility and tell you that you need to speak with someone else, on and on forever. When this company shipped the wrong items to my home after going back and forth for weeks via email about the item we wanted this company took ZERO responsibility (with email evidence to back up their mistake!) and got verbally abusive and belligerent. This man doesnt deserve to speak to another human being let alone profit from them. "

Their fault and I paid for it

"I ordered a vanity and was notified it was not available but a similar one was. I spoke to Ray and was very clear that it could not exceed a particular depth. He reached out to the manufacturer who sent the specs. No where did the specs tell you the basin would stick out further than the base of the vanity. I had to have my toilet removed and relocated. Yes- expensive to do that. They offered me a measly $150. Did I also mention it was damaged? I will never order from them again.

Update 11-13-19
I quit following Rays posts as I was mentally exhausted form my experience. Funny that I came across some other posts sharing similar experiences. I see he called out my experience stating I wanted something for nothing. lol Funny as I REFUSED any refund from him. I needed to take the high road at that point. Be sure to read ALL the reviews. Notice another customer had the SAME experience that I shared. WHO screamed and curses at a customer. I can laugh about this now, but I feel bad for others.
