Using profanity at me, telling me I wanted the vanity for free, calling me a F****** B****. I was in such disbelief I put my husband on the phone so he could hear what the Manager/Owner of a company was saying to a customer. In a very calm voice I asked Ray repeatedly why he was screaming at a customer. Again, he started cussing at me again.
