"I like the ability to order parts online from Subaru, and it is nice that the pricing is discounted, but the search function is poor, and the overall order process is clunky. You are also sometimes ambiguously warned at the checkout that some products may not match your VIN but it does not tell you which parts. Almost all of the third party parts ordering sites offer better user experiences - but I order here because I like picking my parts up locally."

"I use Oregon city lithia parts and service for everything I need. They have the best parts department of anyplace I know of. They are always super helpful. Scott is always chipper on Saturdays and eager to help. You save money by buying parts online but they will help you through that process. I saved 50 bucks but Scott deserves that credit. There is a another guy that helps me there too but I forget his name. They both are always awesome to work with. Highly recommend "
