I gave them a temporary forwarding email address with their name in it (****@****) and am displeased to find loads of spam being sent by other companies to me via that email address. I never opt in to spam, and luckily can disable that forwarding email address. Don't trust these folks!"
"Very untrustable vendor. I bought a dvd burner - Sony U14. The dvd burner failed to function on swap disk instance. Livewarehouse fixed it for 2 months and the drive remains unfix. After two more months, the drive cannot even record a cd or open the door. Livewarehouse denied any further repairment on the item without charge. Poor product it sell and poor service - AVOID LIVEWAREHOUSE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY."

I ordered two mice from this company, a cheap 7 dollar microsoft and a wireless microsoft tilt. About a week later I recieved a small box with nothing but the cheap mouse. I have sent endless emails and have still not recieved any useful reply. They think that I am lying and that I really recieved the mouse. I have never had such a bad online purchasing experience."

"I ordered items in early March for a good price (around $6). I had to pay $7 for shipping but I was ok and I expected to receive the items quickly as they were in stock and I live close from Livewarehouse HQ.
Two weeks later, I still had received nothing. Checking tracking number provided me with the information that USPS had received some information about the shipment, but not the shipment itself. I tried contacting them and discovered they only had email and fax contact, no phone (they later provided a phone number in April).
After a few days, I got an answer and announced that USPS had picked up the package and to be patient. Finally two weeks later, they announced that USPS apparently refused to pickup/delivery of the package from them to an address I never had a problem before.
I tried to work on a solution but Livewarehouse took the initiative to cancel my order and to refund me only the items minus %25 as restocking fee for an item never delivered.
I am very unhappy with them and warn people against doing business with them. Sure you will get a good price, but don't expect to receive your items, nor to get all your money back in that case!"
"I ordered Sony DVD-burner and Nero software on 4/9, and they send me an e-mail confirming my order had been placed. Then on 4-12, I got an e-mail saying my order had been cancelled "due to international credit card" and "complications not disclosed to us by your credit card issuer." My Visa card is with a credit union (in the USA), so I called the CU to hear their version, and they say LiveWarehouse was paid on 4-12 like any normal transaction. I e-mailed LiveWarehouse again (they don't list a phone number)and their reply is simply "We don't take Int'l credit card, that is why we cancel your order." I e-mailed again and included the transaction info from the Visa card to show that they have been paid, but they have not replied to that e-mail. It appears that I have no recourse other than to contest the charge with my credit card company. I have purchased many items online, but have never dealt with a company that will not even let you call and discuss a problem like this. I will never consider buying from them again, and will certainly strongly recommend that no one else should either. Update - 4/16 - I received another e-mail today from them indicating they have issued a credit to my Visa card. No explanation as to why they did not or will not ship me the products that I ordered. At least I should not be out my money, but I will still never shop there again."

"I found their prices to be competative, but they take a little while to ship and their customer service was lacking. I placed my order for three items, I was charged for three items, and when I got my shipment of only TWO items, I had to send off a half-dozen emails before getting a reply.
The reply? I quote: "I'm sorry, we are out of MacAffee Virus scanner. I will credit you the difference."
My invoice said I was only charged $22.30, but my bank account said something quite different. I have a feeling that if I hadn't called they would have been quite content keeping my money. I was not even notified that the item was out of stock before my order shipped. The whole reason I PLACED the order in the first place was to get the Virus Scanner.
They have great prices, but are slow-to-ship, and tight-lipped when anything goes wrong."
