"I don't have much of a problem with this merchant from a price/shipping standpoint but I have been getting all kinds of spam from them once I created an account. They refused my multiple requests to stop the email/spam so I am not ordering from them again. Your mileage may vary."

"Bought item through ebay, where the wrong address was obtained. I had no confirmation of address. The day I got an email confirmation, which was two days after the item shipped, I send 2 email messages asking for status and giving correct address.
4 days after item shipped to the wrong address I get this:

Of course, the paypal address is correct, which they should of used as that is how I payed. As mentioned, they used a stale address from ebay and I got a return email address 7 days after getting the email."
