"I ordered a Broadcom Hardware Decoder BCM970012 - PCIe Mini Card (for HD Video acceleration) to be used in an HP Mini 1030CA netbook. Everything from the ordering process through shipping (to CANADA) & receiving was easy and prompt. I had occasion to contact the shipping and receiving department and they were easy to reach and immediately helpful. The part was OEM with no instructions (but plenty of info elsewhere on the net and other reviews indicate Logic Supply has excellent technical support available). The card itself works incredibly well. I can now play high resolution 1080p video files and movies on my netbook with ease. Without the Broadcom Decoder card the HP Mini choked on 720p. So in short...easy, quick process for ordering, shipping and receiving as well as easy access to actual assistance if needed. Excellent service and the card worked exactly as described - a solid 9.5/10. "
"I ordered in 04 March 2010 one "Broadcom Hardware Decoder BCM970012 - PCIe Mini Card" $44.00. Because I am from Romania but I used an temporary address, they sent me a note on email asking me about my billing address. I phone them and that problem was solved immediately and they shipped in the same day. I received the package few days before than I had expected and this was very good for me.
Also, I wrote a note in the comment box:
"I didn't find any link to as it is specified in your page. Please be so king and provide me that link to download . Thank you. "
and the answer it was prompt and helpful:
"Dear Cristian,
In regards to the note in your order. Sorry for the confusion. The software that is referred to is no longer available. The regular Total Media Theater will not support blue-ray so we removed it. The text you saw was a website error that has now been corrected."
The only negative thing is that they didn't tell me that I will need two small screws to mount that mini-pci module and I had to go in some specialized shops to get them. I think they should provide the needed screws also.
So, in general, I am pleased with this seller, I'll give them 4/5."

Rather than having to pick through their extensive web site and hope all the components I selected would work together, I told their technical sales rep what I was looking for and he quickly provided me with two suggestions.
Although his first suggestion was what I had asked for, what was great was his second suggestion, which was more than I initially asked for but was what I ended up purchasing after all.
