"Online inventory listings do not reflect when items are out of stock. After placing an order online, I waited for a couple of days and hadn't received any confirmation from the store. I later checked the order status and found the order had been canceled (I assume because the item was out of stock). I emailed customer service to verify the order status and never received a response."

How companies like LogicalPlus exist, i have no idea. Don't make the same mistake i did.
I ordered a set of speakers one day, and got a confirmation email. The next day i check my order status, and my order was canceled.. But my checking account begs to differ. They completely robbed me. So now i have to deal with a bunch of bull with the bank to try to get this mess disputed.
I mean come on, they dont even have a phone number on the webpage? What a bunch of prepubescent girls.
My suggestion to you, LogicalPlus, is to GROW a pair."
"This company is not a real company, and I am writing this to maybe prevent anyone else from being scammed by these people or person. I have tried to purchase items from these people on three separate occasions. One the first two purchases I kept being promised that the items had been shipped. These three purchases all took place with a period of two weeks so I trusted them. Thankfully I bought that last item, a computer case, with my paypal account and they are now going after this company. I have found a total of 23 other people that have paid for items from logicalplus and never recieved anything or recieved broken items or not what they ordered. I have been able to only identify one person responsible for the operations of this company. His name is Joseph Change. I also have information that this company operates under another fraudulent name, called Shentech. Be careful and do not deal with these people. I have turned all the information I have on this company over to the attorney general's office in their city, and hopefully someone will close down their operation. Before I started a computer company I was in law enforcement for 30 years and believe this is a company engaged in interstate wire fraud, and internet wire scams. I hope this helps other people keep their money in their pocket. If you want a company you can trust, I recommend newegg, 3BTech, or directron. Anyone may contact me if they also had a problem with Logicalplus by writing ****@****, and I will forward your experience to the district attorney's office."
"These people should be reported to the BBB! We ordered a specific adapter for our Dell monitor. The order came quickly, however it was the WRONG adapter. Not only that, it was scratched up and obviously USED. It was not advertised as Used. These people have NO phone numbers for customers. Their fax # has been disconnected and the one phone number I found for YTE Int'l (which is Logical Plus) was so old that it now belonged to some old lady in NY. They say they will respond to e-mails in 24 hours, but that is a lie. It's been a week, and I've gotten no response from either of my e-mails. I just sent a letter via US Mail. If I still get no response, I will dispute the charge on my M/C."
"They have no way to cancel an order. My employee chose the wrong shipping method. Our only option was to re-order and then refuse the wrong order.
They provide no contact information. they do not respond to any emails. Very poor customer support.
UPDATE:
After the shipping arrived, it turns out that there was no way to refuse the order either. The Fed Ex agent said that since they shipped the two orders together, I could not refuse any one order.
So I double billed for shipping. I tried to cancel the order before it shipped, after it shipped, and when it arrived. All to no avail.
This company is a corrupt and unprincipled business.

"I ordered and received a Logitech cordless keyboard. It appears to be in good condition. However, no receiver was supplied. I inquired and Joseph Change replied: "We are selling keyboard only. We did not advertising for mouse".
No mouse is no problem, but I need a receiver so that the keyboard can communicate with the computer. Obviousy, a cordless keyboard is useless without a receiver.
I've asked Mr. Change repeatedly for an answer, but no reply."
"I am so upset with this company. I am not sure what the deal is, but every time I have tried to call to speak with a customer service rep I dont get an answer. I have sent out a few e-mails asking for an alternate phone number or for someone to respond and call me... All I have gotten is one e-mail sending out a RMA Number. I have a Computer store, when I order parts I need them as soon as possible. When the parts that our shipped out dont work I need a replacement. You do not want to keep customers computers in the store longer than necessary. These computers are used to run companies... not just to play games. I ordered two 160w gateway P/S one was DOA and the other died within two days... now I have to deal with all of the upset customers. Trust me I will not recommend this company to any of our customers or associates. "

they sent me someone else's order (wrapped in old newspapers); then it took forever for them to respond to my numerous e-mails; then I had to pay shipment charges back to them; then it turned out they did not have the item I originally ordered to begin with.
In the end I had to go through the trouble of disputing the trasaction with the credit card - these guys didn't bother to do it, nor to respond to a bunch of my e-mails politely asking them to please post the credit to the card...

"not satisfied at all. after ordering a laptop slim dvd/cdrw combo drive i was informed that it was out of stock and that my order would have to be cancelled. that was no problem so i ordered from another company. well, a couple of days later i get an email from logicalplus saying that the shipped of my order. now i had 2 on the way. i called logicalplus to complain and they had no concerns of what happened and it did not help that the person i talked to everytime could not understand english. i also emailed the company to explain that i wanted to return the product for a full refund. they were very scetchy on whether or not they would refund me. so i decided to keep the extra drive due to concerns that i would return it and not receive a refund. i would not recommend logicalplus to anyone."
"Ordered a BFG Geforce FX5900 video card from them. Card was advertised as new OEM. Recieved item within a week, but the card was visibly a used card, as it had dust accumulation around the heatsink and on the back of the card. Upon testing the card, the fan on it was dead and it causes the PC to bluescreen.
Attempted to contact customer support, and they have some of the most hostile CS reps I have ever encountered. Their manager, Joel, is always "out of the office" , and I have yet to be able to speak with their CS manager, assuming there is actually such a person there. I may end up having to do a CC chargeback, something I have never had to do in 5 years of ordering parts online.
DO NOT waste your time with these people, they are nothing but con artists. Also, they may be operating under the name Shentech, and I would recommend avoiding them under that name as well."
