One star is two stars too many

"Logitech's products are shoddy, but their service is even worse. Completely disrespectful of customer time. They train their agents to respond to supervisor requests by keeping the customer on infinite wait until the customer gives up."

Horrible Customer Service

"Logitech makes computer peripheral devices intended to enhance a users experience.

Locking tab that holds battery cover broke when installing batteries.

Contacted Logitech to obtain a new battery cover. 1 of 2 removable pieces of a laser pointer - power point advance remote.

Logitech indicated the item was out of warranty and they could not help.

I repeatedly indicated that I was interested in purchasing a replacement cover but Logitech repeated that my item was out of warranty.

I simply wanted to purchase a battery cover. No a difficult request.

Logitech claimed that a replacement cover was not available but if my laser was under warranty - that they could replace it.

Not interested in buying a new $40-$50 laser pointer when the existing unit works. Only issue is the CHEAP plastic tab they use to hold the battery cover in place - that cracked under its own pressure.

Horrible customer service.

Been waiting over a 3 months with no reply

" Every week or so i email them asking for an update, but no, same story - Today i got a different email they need proof (a video) want me to destroy my product and more information. Worst Customer service i have EVER used in my life - do not use!"

800 keyboard useless illumination. no software for mac pro

"illumination sometimes on sometimes off. all the time too dim. half the features don't work with mac pro. an $80 waste of money. I bought a $26 Fazio and it outperforms logitech in every way. logitech support was a disaster, spent two hours on the phone {half of it was on hold}. was told there was nothing they could do about it."

Fix it yourself!

"Brand new keyboard with 4 year battery came with only 80% charge. Customer support directed me to buy a new battery and replace it. When I suggested they mail me a new battery they refused and suggested I return the keyboard to the store. "

Support just ban you.

"You complain, they ignore you. You find others with the same issue, and comment on their posts, you're banned.

Never buy logitech. It's nothing more, now, than a scam. Logiscam. the c922 I purchased for $149AUD, does not do what it says it does, unless you use OBS. And I refuse to install 3rd party software to use hardware I purchased from an allegedly reputable company.

Webcam C930e Drivers

"I just paid over $100 for a Logitech Webcam (C930e). When I went to install on Win 10 it runs, but not well. It keeps complaining that I'm using the Windows drivers and need the Logitech drivers. They are nowhere to be found on their website. The support links have me going in circles. I did read posts from some other users of the same device form 2015 asking the same question. The moron that responded as the monitor never answered the question and final;y told one user to open a support ticket. THREE YEARS AGO, and it's no better now.

I believe that their products are first rate - which is why I spend five times as much as a low end camera to buy their high end product. I had their earlier, lower end webcams years ago with no problems. Disappointed in a gross understatement. Highly aggravated still doesn't quite say it. I's be more understanding if they didn't pretend to offer support. At least that way we'd know where we stood.

Good products but worse online store experience ever!

"This is frankly unacceptable in 2018. No shipping updates for 13 days! When I made the purchase, the order detail stated that the time of delivery is 5-6 business days. Now its been 13 days already and they haven't even shipped the product! This is the reason why Amazon is destroying the entire retail market for good! I will cancel this order and buy from Amazon instead. At least they will keep me posted about any delays."

Poor Quality and Service

"Man, Logitech just got on my bad side.

Second mouse that didn't make it to the 3 year warranty mark. Second time they have refused to honor the warranty. And oh yeah, the mouse model has also been discontinued, so I can't even buy a replacement myself if I wanted to.

The G700 was the only Logitech mouse I liked. Guess I'll do my shopping with a company that holds themselves to a higher standard in both the quality of their product and the quality of their service.

Don't buy Logitech.

Customer support non existent.

"Ordered an IR blaster for my harmony hub and 13 days later still no response or update from seller. Had to open a dispute with PayPal.
Stay away from Logitech if you want to receive your product in a timely fashion.

Logitech mice look good but are poor quality and do not last

"I was a big fan of Logitech mice and have long used them. The last three have all failed for similar reasons and they are clearly not designed to have a long life, but fail after a couple of years or so. All three were wireless and had the mini USB receiver. All started to fail to control the cursor correctly, especially for selecting with clicking. At work, one was used with Windows and at home two with a Mac. Their failure was slight at first but got worse so that the cursor became hard to control. It's only with the third one going that I have realised the common failure of all three. It was such a joy to switch to a working non-Logitech mouse. I will never use a Logitech mouse by choice again. They look good and have good features, but they are not designed to last and their performance deteriorates over time. I also recall that they are vastly over-packaging. I nearly didn't but the last one (Anywhere MX) because of this and now wish that I hadn't. Another lesson: avoid products that try to sell themselves on their excessive packaging."

Worst customer service I've encountered before.

"I wish I had checked their customer service ratings before purchasing from them directly. I've had good luck with all of their products in the past and decided to order from them directly this time around. I placed my order on 11/22/17 and have had no shipping confirmation yet and it's 12/05/17. I paid extra for next day shipping and it said 2-3 day processing. Now I've missed my deadline to get someone their christmas present.
Their sales go through Digital River ***-***-****) who say they can't handle any questions or concerns because their agreement with Logitech says that Logitech has to do it. Logitech hasn't replied to 3 tickets I've opened. I want to cancel the order but the only option on my order page (that was annoyingly hard to get to) is for return, of a product that hasn't shipped yet.....

Logitech used to be a decent company

"After bad experiences with a pair of PC speakers, a wireless mouse that loses connection, and a Bluetooth keyboard that also loses connection. I began to feel Logitech has simply tried to cheapen products to save money. Then add to lousy quality you have horrible customer support who can;t respond to questions or issues in a couple days but sometimes it takes weeks if at all. I was prepared to give them another try with a Bluetooth folio case for my iPad. But almost 75% of reviewers had one issue or another soon after purchase. For $99 I decided to pass given at that price it shouldn’t be difficult to make a good product. Guess I will end up finding another place with better support and having a commitment to quality. "
