"I've browsed all the many companies out there for quality apparel we can customize with our logo. LogoUp had the largest selection but also great detail/images on product pages so we can read descriptions and see fabric up close. Received digital proof and needed to explore alternative thread colors to more closely match our logo colors. The production contact I had, Luis L. was super responsive and patient as I asked him to explore a couple options. Had to call customer service to see about adding an item to the existing order and again, received excellent service from Doug. "

"1st logo-free setup, the cost of $2.99 per piece for placement adds up very quickly for large orders! We paid for the folding and bagging option as a great way to manage inventory. There was nothing bagged, but there was one empty bag on top of the order which came across as “screw you”!
Of course we are being reimbursed for this service that wasn’t provided. Rather a mute point at this juncture.
The verbiage of free is misleading as well. 1st logo, free setup means little when there is a charge for placement of said logo on every piece.
