"Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Half of my order needed to be backordered or refunded because apparently, by the time my order was processed those items were sold out. Customer service did not at all attempt to help or ameliorate this in any way. I've seen terrible reviews about this seller but decided to take a chance but I was wrong - I will certainly never purchase from this LolliCouture again."

Once I called the customer service line the representative was horrible & nasty about it all. Never again. "

After hearing nothing for a few days I call and find out they don't even have the boots I wanted and I needed to pick another pair. They CLAIMED they emailed me about this but they didn't! I checked spam and everything. So I pick another pair and they CLAIM they will ship them that day! Still NO confirmation email and the boots STILL aren't here a week later!"

I brought my daughter some rain boots and thought the prices were awesome, until I got to check out to find out the shipping is overrated, too high, and you are taking it right back with the shipping. Please understand, I truly know that shipping can cost, but not at 15.00 for it to take 7-14 business days to get to the client. All in all, I still brought the boots and even consider buying for my store, however, my prices would be too high due to your shipping cost.
