"I order my item on December 4th. I never received a tracking number and Xmas is soon. One thing I don't understand the shipping is ridiculous. If I'm play a $38 shipping I should have got my items the next day. As of right now I still don't have my package. I will never buy anything from the store again. It's horrible.

"This has been a VERY disappointing experience shopping at LolliCouture. I am very sad to say it. I placed an order for a swimsuit and was sent the same style except in the one piece and I wanted the two piece. I immediately sent an email explaining the problem. They replied and asked me to send a picture of the incorrect swimsuit. I did that and then they sent me to the website and had me fill out an RMA form. I did that and then they replied and said I needed to mail back the incorrect swimsuit (no label or anything provided) and then when I saw the incorrect swimsuit was received I could contact them again for a refund. Then I was welcomed to order the correct swimsuit again. Well, I didn't want a refund, I wanted the correct swimsuit-the one I ordered. The mistake was not mine. I can accept people make mistakes and I am not upset about that (thankfully I wasn't off to a beach vacation somewhere), what upsets me is the lack of good customer service. If the company makes a mistake, it seems they should right their wrong, correct their mistake. What a pain. I am VERY VERY VERY unhappy with how this situation was handled. A simple, "Oh! I'm so sorry our warehouse made a mistake. Here is a return label, and we will get the correct swimsuit in the mail as soon as the one you return arrives! Our apologies!" Instead I was required to make contact with them FIVE times before anyone gave me the information I wanted. No one was willing to go out of their way to help take care of a customer. Never will I shop here again. "

"Rude customer service. Robert (a worker) hung up in my ear as I was inquiring about a manager to speak with about my issues. He was just rude, then to top it off, he played like he never hung up on me when I called back. You don't get a refund, you get store credit even if the shoes was never put on because shoes was to small, I had to pay 20 dollars to have the shoes sent back. Then when I do get them back to them asap, that's when they hit me with a restocking fee so I spent money on shipping the shoes to me as well as paid for the shipping back. I lost out on bout 50 bucks deal with this rude company and I'll never order from them again!! "

"Been 2 weeks and the item still hasn't arrived, even though I had read that if I ordered early enough it would ship same day, only to find out that they needed to get it from a second warehouse, and then they would ship it to the main store to then send it to me. Not sure why they couldn't send it from the second warehouse directly. Wouldn't even offer a refund since it was already in transit to the first warehouse. Had I known it would take 2 weeks to get here I never would've ordered the products, so now I have to wait till they get here to do a return since they wouldn't cancel my order in the first place. Overall pretty disappointed."

"It took 2weeks for my order to be sent out. Once it was delivered the jacket was not the right size, the wrong type of dress was sent, and a pair of shoes i ordered were not there but next to them on the receipt it was a handwritten note in red ink that said refund, which i have yet to receive. "
