"I'm disappointed in how you handled refunding me for a shoe I paid and was expecting to be shipped with the order. Instead of notifying me the shoe was out of stock and I would be receiving a refund, you shipped the order and wrote it on the invoice in pen. Yet and still in the website invoice it showed the shoe available and that it had shipped. That looks shady on your part. I hope this does not happen again."

"I paid over $50 for a swimsuit and paid for second day air over two weeks ago, and I have yet to receive the swimsuit. I have tried calling customer service and sent an email. I haven't even heard back. I will not recommend this site to anyone and I will never purchase from here again. Completely dissatisfied."
"I ordered 5 swim suits and I looked at the size charts prior to ordering and they were all about 2 sizes too small! Ofcourse no returns. I believe one suit, all woman's size large, could fit my 8 year old!"
"I ordered 15 pairs of shoes from them - all the same size. The first issue that i found was it seemed that one of the brands of shoes (Bella Marie) doesn't appear to be true to size. The second issue that I found was as I tired on one pair of heels they were considerably smaller than the others of the same brand. Upon closer inspection, to determine if I got an incorrect size, i found that the size was SCRAPED OFF! One of the shoes, however, hadn't had the job done very well, so I could see that it was in fact an 8 1/2 and not a 9. Like I wouldn't notice it didn't fit! Someone on their end intentionally tried to pass off a too small pair of shoes for a 9 and were sneaky about it. I won't do business with a company like that. I have tried to contact them twice now, once through their "contact us" form and once through direct email this morning. We'll see what they have to say for themselves. "

"Ive submitted a complaint to the better business bureau regarding my interactions with Lollicouture. Lollicouture is a scam and has terrible business practices. I didn't receive my order although they withdrew the merchandise funds from my account immediately. For three weeks Ive been speaking with people who have given me a runaround and not supplied accurate information to resolve the issue so I can be refunded. Ive waited on hold for up to 40 minutes on many occasions and have not once received clear responses to my questions about my refund. I took the time out of my day to go to the location they have on file and it doesn't exist. I took pictures. Currently on the phone again now. Its been very very upsetting and frustrating attempting to do business with Lollicouture. Its a scam on a multitude of levels and should be shut down immediately."
