My pumps that I ordered though were too big and I am a size 6 all the time no matter what but I guess these particular pumps run extremely big because they were too big for me. "

I have not wore them yet but they seem to be fairly durable. I can't t judge the companies quality until I wear them. "It took me 3 emails to find out when my order would be shipped. The website continued to say processing for a couple weeks and I could never reach anyone on the phone. All hours of the day I got a generic voicemail. I even emailed to cancel my order. I finally received my order with one bathingsuit missing and no free lip gloss which no one informed me was on back order. Once again I couldn't reach anyone by phone so I sent an email to cancel that bathingsuit and refund me since I no longer needed it and instead I was told it probably can't be cancelled and to give it another 7-10 business days for a tracking # after its already been weeks since order was placed. The least the company could do is refund that suit. Also it's terrible that the suits don't match the measurements so a couple were mediums but fit like Extra smalls and the company does not at least offer an exchange so I'm just left with bathingsuits. I can't wear because my bust is not an A cup. I will never order from this company again. To this day I have not reached one person by phone or received a call back after all my emails and still no word on the missing bathingsuit. Very upsetting"

"Swimsuit was very cute but the bottoms didn't fit me well. I think it was the style of the suit didn't flatter my shape rather than a problem with the way the suit was made. Love the top, super comfortable. Would buy from them again, just maybe not swimwear."

"My last order was alright, I got it within a few days of the estimated delivery. It has been nearly a month since I placed this order, and the delivery date remained at 7-14 days, even though I still have not received it. I tried tracking the order number on the USPS site and it said that they couldn't get the information on the tracking number. Shipping service should not take this long for almost $20 CAN. "
