"Requested to cancel my order before it was even processed for shipping. They couldn't guarantee that cancellation because the items I ordered were apparently "special ordered items". No where on the item page did it state that! Not only was I unable to cancel my order, but my order was late and I can't return it for a refund! I will never ever order from this company and will let everyone I know to avoid them. Horrible customer service!"
