Customer support is very difficult to get a hold of...not answering during store hours of a busy signal. Lack of follow through from customer service. Some items were sized appropriately and some would not fit a cabbage patch doll. 2 items had spots on them...and being sale items, I can't return? I said I was not returning but rather exchanging and was told that those were one and the same?"
