"I purchased four pairs of shoes (all the same size). Three out of four fit perfectly. The last pair ran a whole size larger. I don't have any use for that pair, and no one I know wears that size. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars."

If it's okay with you, I want to give an advice, because I might order some more, that you need to make returns/exchanges/refunds easily as possible, this is very important for customers to get hooked with your business. "On top of charging a crazy shipping fee, I didn't receive a tracking number for my package until the morning they were delivered (2 weeks after purchase) and the shipment was incomplete. The tracking number and email stated that I would be receiving both pairs of shoes and I only received one. The size is supposed to be a 6.5 but it's more like a 7 or 7.5
I will not have to return it (probably at my expense) and still wait for my second pair and hope that they fit. "
"So I recently ordered a swimsuit and got a swimsuit the size that would fit a baby, not only that it was not the swimsuit pictured on the website. I have contacted customer service numerous times and the response is extremely slow if at all. I am still waiting on them to process label for my return so that I can get the actual assume so but I paid money for. It is now going on two weeks since I've heard anything from this company. "My bathing suit did not look like the picture and I received 2 straps that were both red and white even though the picture shows and blue and white stripe. I looked at the size chart to find my measurements however the size I ordered still did not fit properly. Lastly, the bathing suit top only had one loop for the halter strap so I had to sew the other side because I did not have time to go through the complicated return process and get a new one. I ended up buying another bathing suit from a different store. Overall a waste of 20 dollars and I will not be ordering anything from here again. "
