The Bathing Suit Blues

"I ordered a swimsuit almost three weeks ago. Said it would arrive 5-10 days. There is no way to track the package and when you call them, one number gives you a fast busy signal and the other has a recorder only that picks up. However was able to email them and they did respond asking me for my order number. I gave it to them. Guess now I just wait and see. "

Not what I expected.

"I ordered a swimsuit & it wasn't what I expected. Swimsuit is made out off some cheap material, not the material of typical swimsuits. Took a total of 20 days before I recieved my package & their customer service phone number is ALWAYS busy. I probably won't purchase anything else. Sorry! "

Will not be ordering from this company again!

"Ordered swim suit on 7/19 and the amount was deducted from my account. I still have not received my packaged and was told via email that the EST delivery date was 8/3-still no package... not only that I have yet to receive an email including tracking. WOULD NOT recommend ordering from this company. "

"I got a pair of gorgeous burgundy boots at an unbelievable clearance price, other websites don't often accurately list the color and you have to have faith in the image which means "no bueno" when you want things to match, this teaches a good lesson to trust the name."

Not on Time

"This was my first time buying something from Lolli Couture. I ordered a 2 piece midi dress and paid for 2-Day shipping ($21.52) back on July 19, 2016. I needed it for a Bridal shower on 7/30/16. Today is 8/2/16 and I still do not have the outfit. Not to mention when I contacted customer service to have the order cancelled since it wouldn't be here in time, they responded "We will try to cancel this order but we cannot guarantee because it has already been released to process". I then responded that I didn't feel I should have to pay for the 2-Day shipping since it's obviously been over 3 weeks and I still have not received a response. Very poor customer service. I'm very sad that this happened the way it did. "
