"Your order will be "processing" for over than a week and you will never receive a tracking/shipment email. It is almost impossible to get in contact with their customer service, they do not respond to emails and their phone lines are always busy. If you do get them on the phone, representative will lie to you! They will tell you your order has shipped when it hasn't, or they'll tell you you'll get a refund and you won't. I even had the third person I spoke with admit that the other two lied!
Don't waste your time ordering from this scam site."

"it took two weeks to get the swimsuit that was "in stock" and i learned that doesn't mean it's in stock at their facility but from the vendor. tried to cancel it because my niece needed it for a beach trip. called and was on hold for 20 minutes, no one answered. called the 800 number from my credit card statement and the call would not go through as dialed. i think they are up to no good. anyway, niece got the suit quickly after i tried to cancel the order, and of course, it did not fit at all. since there are no returns period, i am out $30+. never again will i order. should have looked at the reviews before ordering in the first place. The exact same day I immediately shipped my shoes back to the address that was given. I tracked the package to be sure it was delivered, and it for sure it was.
