"I ordered two dresses and a sweater all three in an XL. Both dresses fit ok but one of the colors was very different from the picture on the website. It wasn't a big issue because I liked it. However, the sweater came backordered and when I received it, it was a very cheap feeling material and it fit extremely small, so small to the point where I couldn't even get it over my head. I decided to give it to my 13yr old daughter who usually wears a Small/Medium and it fit her very short in the arms and tight in the body that she didnt want it. I tried checking the sweater for the size and nowhere on the item could I find any tags or anything that indicated that it was an XL. I knew there was no possible way it could have been an XL because im and an average size 9/10 and i've ordered other items from this company in the past some in a size Large and they all fit fine. I've tried contacting them numerous times to let them know of my issue and to get an exchange or refund of the item but all I get is a busy signal no matter what time of the day I call, so I assume they must take their phone off the hook to not be bothered by complaints from customers. I don't think im ordering from this company again and I advise others to be cautious when ordering because you can't get in contact with them if there is a problem with their product."

But the box was in horrible shape, and barely holding together. I was extremely happy to see that everything I ordered was in there.
