"I recently purchased my first item from lolliculture, it was a swimsuit. I am a size medium, when trying my swimsuit on it was way to big.... I tried to do an even exchange for a small. The representive I spoke with advised there is nothing they can do. So now I'm stuck with a medium swimsuit that I can't do anything with.... I basically wasted my money... I just know not to order anything from this site again. They did not try working with me what so ever. As a first customer that defiemtaly left a sour taste in my mouth..."
"From start to finish this is a terrible company. My sister and I ordered swimsuits and we were severely disappointed in every way. I ordered one and the sizing and fit were all wrong even though I measured to their standards. Then when I tried to exchange it for a size up that was impossible. I sent in email after email and never got any responses. And then when I finally reached them by phone, the representative was no help and could offer no reasonable explanation as to why it didn't fit and why I couldn't exchange it. It was also really obvious that she was reading from a script and couldn't care less. This doesn't even touch the the bottom of the barrel though. My sister's experience was much worse. They didn't even send hers and each time she called to check on it they had a different answer and kept blaming it on the post office. Then after checking with the post office it was confirmed that lollicouture had been lying the entire time. My sister didn't receive her swimsuit for almost 4 months! Then when she did get it, it had major flaws including that it was missing bra cups. I would never buy anything from them again, it's clearly a scam and they are horrible at everything they do. Stay away at all costs. "

"I am from Fort McMurray Alberta and I ordered clothing although we've been evacuated due to wildfires and I contacted the company and got no answers as to where my package was they said track it with the number as I already did and it said it was delivered BUT I never recieved it - I'll never order again after the worst customer service I recieved so I hope they enjoy the over hundred dollars I gave cause it will be the last!"
"The shoes didn't make it to me in time to wear to the wedding for which I bought them. I paid $15.99 for shipping that took over 10 days to receive! I know the USPS doesn't charge this much, since I am a retailer who ships shoes regularly for no more than $7.00. It is obvious that LolliCouture pockets a large portion of the shipping charge and does nothing to expedite the process. "
"I honestly heard all of the bad ratings and didn't expect my package, but it came after about a week! I ordered two swimsuits in the same size. One fits perfectly and the other was too small. I still really like the products. I haven't swam in them yet so I can't judge how it is with swimming, but they're very cute and comfortable. "
