"I was satisfied with the products that I got and they were delivered in a timely fashion. Definitely a place you can order with confidence. The only thing that was missing was a communication. When I received my tracking number was one or two days later. They used FedEx for a PO Box when they were supposed to use USPS. This caused a bit of work on my part."

"I placed an order on May 9 and have yet to receive an email confirmation? I called customer service and they could not tell me when/if my order was shipped. Customer service could not give me an exact shipping date? So between May 9 and May 24, there is no tracking number and no concrete shipping information regarding my order?!?!"

"Although my online account states that all of my items were shipped, when I opened the box one of the items was missing. The invoice had the quantity crossed out with the word refund written next to it. It has been over a week and I have not received a refund. I have tried calling, no one answers and my e-mail was ignored. I even tried submitting an RMA, explaining the situation in detail and it was denied with no explanation! Buyer Beware!"

"I ordered a Swim suit weeks ago. I finally contacted them because I have not recieved my item or a conformation email saying it was shipped. The reply was: They havn't even recieved it from their warehouse yet...then it will be 4 or 5 more days to process the order and 4 to 6 weeks for shipping. Summer will be over by then...I wont need it! VERY UNHAPPY"
