"They sent me a order in which I called to let them know before the order was shipped that the zip code was wrong which was two weeks before Christmas. The package was sent back because the communication between the company and myself was vague. They were unprofessional and all had attitudes. I had to be credited for the package and wasn't able to get the same shoes anymore and they charged me for shipping twice. I replaced the order and ordered three different pairs of shoes and only got 2 and wasn't notified before the order shipped. And I'm still waiting on a refund. The two shoes I got were nice and a good fit tho. But still their business aspect is bull crap"

I suppose that is where the price is made up. I do like the sweaters. They are very cute and a decent quality. The one sweater was shown as much longer though.
