I received an email from Lolli that same evening. They gave me a time to expect a call the next day. They called on time, handled my request, and were all around pleasant. - When re sold the same product and did not send me, you do not send me an email notifying until the order arrives know if is complete. I do lose a lot of time and look bad with my clients.
- the method of you money back is very slow. In addition, there are times that if I did not send you an email telling you, that have not done me a refund, you do not doing me the refund.
- -and finally, what I hate most is that you send me the shoes in the wrong size purposefully. Deleted the original size and covered with tape and put the size that is supposed I ordered. Always you gave me aware and it makes me look bad with my clients.
