"My first (and last!) experience was awful! I placed and order and never received a confirmation email or anything. I called to check on tracking and it wasn't going to make it in time (they take forever to ship), so I tried to cancel my order. It was less than 24 hours after I placed the order. They told me there was no way to cancel, it wasn't a returnable item and there was nothing they could do to speed up the shipping. i basically got a 'sorry about your luck' response. I will never be back here to shop!"

"Absolutely horrible customer service. Their "policies" are very unclear and very hard to find. There are all of these random codes and "special order" items that should not be labeled as such. They do this so that when they don't deliver the product when promised, they can just say "Oh that was special order item (followed by some code) and as per our policy those can take an additional 5 days for processing and shipping". They also lied and said that the item I ordered was on "clearance" when it most definitely was not on clearance when I purchased it. This was another excuse they could use for me not to be able to return my item as per their "Policy" clearance items are non returnable. The item was placed on clearance only after I began to complain about not receiving it on time just so that they could tell me that it was non returnable. I will never order from these crooks ever again. Customer service eludes this company and they should not be in business. Do yourself a favor and steer clear they are all over the BBB and ratings for them are awful. It was my own fault for not checking their ratings in the first place but I really wish I had. Would have saved me much time, money and frustration dealing with this poor excuse for a company. "

I am also missing a one piece bikini which on the slip says it will be Back Ordered within 7 - 10 days. However I ordered the swimsuit to take with me on vacation next week!! I hope it gets here on time because I was really hoping to wear it for my vacation :-/"
