I called LolliCouture to inquire whether the shoes ran true to size. The girl I spoke with said they did not have the size I was interested in. But when I told her the web page listed my size in stock, she said the web page was incorrect. I then wondered if I could wear one size larger since the larger size was available according to the web page, but I wanted to know the return policy in case the larger size did not fit. She said the boots could not be returned. What? Could not be returned if they didn't fit? I found that hard to accept and said good bye. The next day I called back again and spoke with a man. He said yes, they had my size and if they didn't fit, I could certainly return them. Oh, really? Did they just arrive? And then he said, "No, we always carry them." I ordered the boots and they arrived in about four days. They fit just fine, and I am very pleased with the quality of the boots. However, if I hadn't persisted and called back and spoken to another person, I would not have gotten the boots. Luckily, the order arrived promptly , and I am pleased with the boots."

"I was very reluctant to order shoes online. I've never purchased shoes or clothes online before and this was a great start! Not only does everything seem well made, stitching and all, but they even go the extra mile with great packing to ensure preserving the shoes. I had 2 small problems in a box of 8 pairs of boots. 1 pair the zipper is not working on 1 boot but they slip on easily so no biggie another has a small blemish on the faux suede but not worth paying the shipping to exchange. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchases!"
