"WORST EXPERIENCE ONLINEI ordered their advent calendar on Oct 1 2022. I received a confirmation email and two days later a tracking number. I was excited. But when I kept on going to DHL's site it stated that the package had not been received by them. I would communicate with Look Fantastic daily. They kept on sending me emails apologizing stating that the items were delayed. Well a whole month passed and the customer service would not cancel nor refund my purchase. I was so frustrated that I would cry because they kept giving me the runaround. I was able to convince one of the reps to cancel and refund my order. I received an email confirming so but then two days later I received another email stating that the item would eventually ship and that they would not cancel. I was furious!!! Do not bother to go through all that pain, I just went to the resolution center on PAYPAL and they refunded my purchase after a week. What is funny is that today I received another email from Look Fantastic stating that my item was still delayed. Argh!!!!"
"Ordered 2 deodorants and received 2 antiperspirants instead. Did a chat and followed complicated submission of pictures of the wrong product and received negative responses. Am not paying for shipping to England and am notifying credit card to not pay any charges. Could have been simple. "

"Shocking Customer & Delivery service from this once great approachable online retailer. Now too big for their boots offering deliverables they can’t fulfil and making it virtually impossible to resolve an issue when it arises.
I placed an order on the 30th November for my daughter in Australia. On their web site it states 1-2 days delivery, which is slightly optimistic anyway but that’s what they offer !
31 days later there is no sign of it. They have refunded the order but I didn’t ask them to and that’s not the point....I simply wanted her to have gifts intended for her birthday and Christmas which she never got.
Now you can only contact incompetent Customer Service people through the web site who haven’t got a clue and make no effort to understand and give a helpful and supportive service. "

"It is my second review in this month, by the chance i decided to check expiration date of the cream and I found out it was produced in 2014!!!! Guys, 2014!!!! Sealed cream you can keep up to 3 years so mine expired in 2017... i texted them and provided photo with a batch code their respond was non sense --- "On the back of your products, you will see a small jar symbol with a number inside - this indicates that the stock will expire on this date from the date it is opened as these products are sealed to be used from the day the seal has been opened."----- I requested them the production date of that cream - they couldn’t provide, how its possible if they have to follow up with expirations dates of their products?! One more cheat from LOOKFANTASTIC......."

Your “customer service” told me if I didn’t get it by 7th of July, they’ll help me to figure out. After that date..I’ve texted to them my request to check with delivery partner did somebody try to deliver my order?? They said “Oh, sorry, your address is not correct if you still didn’t get the order”
What?!!!! Everything was correct. You just don’t care that your client doesn’t get an order, and you don’t have any responsibilities for a receiving of delivery order by client."

It is not easy returning it either - it is labour and time intensive. You need to email them, send pics wait for the 100 questions asked and them they send you the returns instructions. Whereafter you need to rebox and return via the post office! Will never, ever order from them again!!! "

"Avoid! Over a month ago I have ordered from 6 items. The cheapest two of them arrived promptly the rest didn't despite the dispatch email saying all the items were posted. After numerous emails I still did not receive replacement or a refund. The customer service didn't even bother to reply to my last email I have sent a week ago. Will try to recover my money through my bank. If you want to receive your goods shop somewhere else. They are scammers and woudn’t be surprised if they go bust soon. There are much better companies out there."
