"I just wanted to say, your IP cameras saved me a lot of money. My security system company wanted to charge me $450.00 per IP camera. The company would mail me the cameras with instructions to set them up, then I could locate them anywhere I would like. Sounds like your product, except for the cost. My security company actually was here for a battery change, saw your cameras, and thought they were their product. I like being able to check my house activity whenever I want, this is why I purchased your cameras. "

"The system in general is Ok. The issues I have with the system are the ones that I created by not fully understanding that some of it's features weren't acutally included with the system, i.e.: Motion Detected, Pan/Tilt/Zoom, Alarm, Alert Notice. These are the features that made me choose this unit. As you know there's a big difference between being able to do something vesus having the capability. I really wanted these features included. The other thing that I felt to be way off base were the reviews of people and how quickly they had these security installed. I contracted the installation to two perfessional (All they do is installed security system), it took them 2 days (8 Hrs. Each) to fully installed the 8 cameras, obviously this were longer than the stories I read in the interviews."

"Camera system came with a defective camera. Lorex took it back but I had to pay the return shipping and wait for them to receive the defective camera before they would send a replacement unit! I still have not received the replacement as of yet either. "

"Dissatisfied with the app. Doesn't always work and is the main reason we purchased this monitor. Sometimes it doesn't connect and when it does the sound doesn't work. It has a button to mute the sound but there is none anyway. We couldn't get the base to connect wirelessly to the router which is another big issue as I have to leave the base connected with an Ethernet cord and it is not where I want the base. Very inconvenient. The monitor battery has an ok life but would be better if it was longer. Other than that I like the product. Great cameras. The night vision is awesome and the day video quality is ok. Love how they can go in all directions. Pairing them was easy. Overall I wouldn't spend the money I did on them again or recommend it to someone else but making the best out of them. "
