"Customer service was not very friendly and neither was technical support .
A couple of the cameras we received did not work therefore I called in and after nearly waiting for 90 minutes I spoke to someone that was not friendly and reading a script. After deciding that I needed to have those cameras replaces the call got suspiciously dropped and nobody called me back therefore I had to call again the following day and wait for another 60 minutes . The process to obtain and RMA should be simple -- and this one was not ."
