"1) When I asked Lorex Technology for a call back early last week, never received a call from your company. I had questions about the security cameras I wanted to purchase.
2) UPS was very difficult to work with and deeply frustrating. Their website is impossible to work with. I signed up on their complex website to e-mail me when they were going to deliver next, or what approximate time block they would deliver, but it did not work. Their 800 # customer service said, I had to pick it up in person at their delivery center on Sylvania Ave in Santa Cruz. I could not send my son to pick it. Which later, I found out was not true. I work full time in another town, getting to their delivery center was difficult, as I had to take off work early. As they have a 3 strikes policy, and would send back the package to the sender afterwards. The delivery center is not open on the weekends and I could not reach the local center directly. The guys at their center were really nice, but had no idea how hard it was for me to get my package. "

But I wanted the older one because I already had cameras that I wanted to add on to it. I think Lorex should have asked me if I wanted the upgraded version instead of just sending it! "It works out of the box. Didn't even have to read the manual. However since there are only two cameras, I would think the display could do a split screen to display two scenes, but it only has single scene sequence or 4 camera scenes. The screen real estate could be used more efficiently."
