I called customer service, the agent I had did not seem knowledgeable. Not only that but when you go online, there seems to be multiple items that look exactly the same but have different model numbers (I was trying to figure out the model number of the system I have) and it was next to impossible and the customer service agent couldn't answer my question as to which one I specifically had and why there seemed to be so many model numbers. I asked to return my products so I could order the new items and was told that I would have to pay out of pocket to return the items. I was so disappointed. "
