"On my second IP camera order a survey was sent out. It indicated that I would get $100 off on my next purchase if I filled it out. There wasn't an end date so I waited a few months before placing my third order. Once I entered the code it said it expired, again no where did it said there was an expiration date. I called customer service and was told it was expired and too late. Obviously I wasn't happy because if there was a due date on coupon, I would have purchased it. The product is good and I have 9 cameras at my home and two other relatives have purchased cameras on my recommendation. Not sure if I will purchase additional products to this issue. "
