"Well, here is my Review. I was impressed that within a couple minutes I received an email advising me that my order was processed, BOOM!! Within another couple of hours, another email, this one from a very nice rep advising me that I should have also received an email advising me that my order was shipped. She was also kind enough to let me know my shipping info through USPS and the estimated date of arrival. Ok, by now I'm extremely stoked about the service I had received so far. Then, 3 days later, as promised, my order was at my front door. Everything in my package was EXACTLY what I had ordered. And for the price I got my Hemp lotion package for, complete with Hempz original, anti-aging facial, body butter and tanning stickers (an AMAZING deal) I am definitely a new loyal customer! "Ordered lotion as I have done many times from them. Company has been good up to this point, now seems they have went completely shady. BEWARE of buying anything from them. I need to return the lotion I ordered, as they have a 14 day return policy and I am within those limits. On their website on the return page and customer service page it pops up in error of pages not available. I have tried calling them, which goes directly to vm and they will not return calls. I sent them a FB message to which Dan responded briefly but has ignored my reply. They have turned into a company with horrible customer service. It's sad a company that has been around for 14 years cannot treat their loyal customers with respect. "
"My experience with Lotion Source has been a positive one. I started ordering Hempz from them a couple years ago and I order every 2 months when my bottle runs low.
Every time I order I get my package in 2 week days. I get them faster than anyone else I have ordered from and that's why I stay. When I email them, they answer me quickly and answer my questions.
I love Lotion Source and would not order anywhere else."

I placed an order on November 22, received my order confirmation and have not received my order and no one will respond to my questions about the order and there is no way to contact them by phone. I have shared this company with many of my friends, but will no longer do so. This is unacceptable customer service for a business this large."
"Fraudulent business practices. I have ordered from them in the past, two or three times a year without a problem until this past December. My items have been on 'back order' since then, and I have requested a full refund from their various 'contact us' links with no success. It seems if you order from this company you risk not getting your order, not getting your complete order and when you request a refund they ignore you. They will however flood your e-mail account with dozens of offers for their products. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I am in the process of filing fraud charges against them as well."

"I tried to order a handful of Hempz lotions in late Dec 2012. It is now May 2013 and I have been fighting this company to refund my money. Shortly after I placed my order, they responded via email that my products were back ordered. I understand this can happen so I decided to wait it out. 11 weeks later, they were still back ordered!!! I finally requested a full refund, to which I was told would be processed. I still have not received my money back. I also filed a BBB complaint against Lotion Source, and rather than responding to the complaint, they contacted me offering to send me some other products (none of which match what I ordered).
Do no do business with this company, horrible customer service, and boarder line criminal treatment of their customers!! If there was an option to select negative stars, I would rate this company in the FAR negative."
"If you order from Lotion Source you are risking losing your money. Ordered last year and received damaged items, returned them and never received replacement product or money back. I was online looking for tanning lotions today and I see they are still online with lots of complaints?? They are scammers and what does it take to get them gone? More than 170 complaints at the Better Business Bureau and still they have the nerve to sell more products. If I could give them a 'zero' star I would!"

"I placed an order for lotion on 8/14. I received a confirmation email the next day. 2 weeks later, no shipment notice and no lotion but they did charge my account right away. I tried to contact them (by email because there is no phone number) and received no response. I also looked up the address they provide in Vancouver, WA (I also live in WA)and its listed as a residence. There is no business name related to this physical address. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING from them. Now I have to file a fraud complaint with my bank so I can get my money back. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. It was fast and easy. "
"BAD COMPANY. Ordered a pair of sandals from them. They were defective. They required that I send them back for replacement, which I did (had to pay my own shipping). They refuse to refund my shipping expenses to send back the defective product they sold me. Buyer Beware!"
