"I bought the combo HP 67 Tri-color ink cartridges. My printer DID recognize them as new. However, the very first few pages printed as if the cartridges were running low on ink. No black color, just a very light green. I have never had this problem with new HP cartridges before this. There's no way that these were new. I was hoping to shop here in the future as ink cartridges are unbelievably expensive."
"LoveToner.com advertised "Brand New Original Brother TN-450 Laser Toner Cartridge" and I purchased two at $46.96 each, plus $7.95 shipping. I should have known better, as the price was $11 less that the real OEM product being sold on Amazon. Sure enough, I got cartridges that had been re-filled - tip off is that, instead of arriving in Brother's sealed silver wrap, the cartridges came in black plastic wrap. I immediately noticed the poorer quality of print with LoveToner's cartridges - crappy toner, prints come out faded, and no way that I'll get anywhere close to 2,600 prints on these refilled cartridges. Buyer beware! This firm sells re-filled cartridges with cheap toner and advertises the product as genuine OEM."

Purchased (2) combo packs last week - their website advertised & pictured HP 97&96 Combo in original HP packaging and their description stated "Brand New Original HP..." but what arrived was: a flimsy 7"x9" USPS First Class envelope with NO packing slip from The Parts Depot Inc out of High Point, NC (not even a warehouse listed as one of their suppliers); the four ink cartridges arrived WITHOUT their HP packaging/BOX but instead were in SANDWICH BAGS; the WARRANTY/EXPIRATION DATES on the cartridges were JUNE 09 & AUG 09 = (2009) cartridges, seriously!!!???? (*HP states on their website, even in the best conditions the ink cartridges only last 18 months past their warranty/expiration date. As well, I've been purchasing HP ink directly from HP for 20 years, I know what to expect.) I sent a very detailed email (with photos) to LoveToner's support service yesterday requesting a postage paid RMA# AND A FULL REFUND only to receive a 2 sentence response this morning which read, "This are original cartridges sealed in their pouches. Please try them, if there is any issues we can refund you." - Really???!!! They totally dismissed EVERYTHING I brought to their attention, as well - they suggested I try these pathetic cartridges....oh, and run the risk of ruining my printers????!!!! Unbelievable!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!"

"I ordered a set of comparable ink cartridges for my Epson printer. Upon receipt, I saw that they didn't fit and would not click into place. I politely told Lovetoner but in four emails, they blamed me for not inserting them correctly and demanding photos which I sent. It was obvious from the pictures I sent that their cartridges were the wrong design for inserting into my printer. They repeatedly evaded my comments that their cartridges were the wrong fit for my printer.
I've been inserting ink cartridges into this printer for 15 years. Theirs didn't fit. They pretended to help but refused to listen to the truth that the cartridges didn't fit.
Instead of honoring my request for a refund (with me mailing back the cartridges at my own expense), they kept evading and blaming me. Now that's I've filed a complaint they're promising a refund AFTER I send the cartridges back to them. We shall see. "

"I found my toner cartridge on this website that was way cheaper than any other site. I started a chat with the company to ask why and they told me they don't want to be undersold and want me to order from them exclusively. So I ordered my cartridge and a few hours later I got an email saying: "Sorry this was priced incorrectly, your order has been cancelled and refunded." Bull!!! They should honor the price they posted on their website. This was not my mistake. It was theirs and they should eat the price difference!!! Business Ethics 101. "In trying to solve a problem with a faulty laser cartridge, I accidentally identified the wrong seller. I had ordered from LoveToner in the past and was very satisfied. I had re-ordered, but didn't realize that it was through another company. So, I wrote to LoveToner and sent photos of my cartridge. From the very start the staff at LoveToner conveyed a positive approach to resolving my problem. Even when they told me the cartridge was not their cartridge, it was in a kind manner. At first, I was puzzled, because I had a packing slip. But, being forced to do more research of my internet orders across a small spectrum of my favorites, I came up with the TRUE seller of my bad cartridge, and now have begun communication with the right party. I was so impressed with the customer service communications with LoveToner that I sent my apologies to them. Again, their response was kind. So, I just had to give them this positive review."
"I've purchased cartridges for my Canon Pro 10 printer from LoveToner. The cartridges seem to perform and last as long as the OEM cartridges by Canon.
It was time to order some more cartridges and I notified LoveToner that one of their cartridges that I had just attempted to replace wasn't recognized by the printer.
