"I placed an order with m.lovelywholesale. on January 1 st 2020 I ordered two items I waited two weeks to track my package I put in the tracking number that they gave me and for some reason it was the incorrect tracking number so I contacted the company and they stated that that they were waiting for one more item from their warehouse so last night 4 witches February 9th 2020 I decide to track my package once again and once again my tracking number was not able to be located so I've been again sent them an email I got a response this morning stating that they were refunding my money with no explanation I do believe this is something the Better Business Bureau needs to look into"

I see your company is continually blowing off the fact that I have already received both parcel deliveries but one of my purchased items are missing. I also see that the ticket I submitted yesterday 1 13 2020 has been d by your end. I’m starting to be concerned if something fraudulent is going on. I screenshot all tickets submitted and email them to myself just in case something dishonest happens. I am a Business Law student and I do know my consumer rights and will not hesitate to act upon them. All I am doing is trying to retrieve my missing item or a refund for the item if you no longer have it available. Again as stated three times in both previously submitted tickets: After waiting an additional 2 weeks for the second part of my order just to open the package and see I m still missing an item. There is no need for me to check tracking numbers for packages I’ve already received. Once again, if you did not understand clearly I have already received BOTH PACKAGES. I AM MISSING ONE(1)ITEM OUT OF MY ORDER. The (XL) Lovely Casual Plaid Printed Khaki Knee Length Dress. My order number was R2019********** which was split into two(2)shipments. Consumer : I am missing 1item out of 7 total ordered. My order was divided into 2 shipments. I’ve checked all items a thousand plus times and contacted your company several weeks and times making sure that you were aware of the issue. But I’m getting the impression that my business is not appreciated and I’m not valued as a customer nor is Lovely Wholesale a company of integrity. If the company is not willing to resolve the issue properly or provide a refund for the one(1) item I did not receive I will be forced to take independent action to have the issue resolved. I’ve provided several chances to make this right.

Are there actual people working the tickets for customer service issues? The reason I ask is because you continue to reply with the same message and it seems automated stating check my parcels. Obviously you did not take the time to read the prior issue at all-this is very disheartening.
