"I picked the wrong size for my item, I emailed LovelyWholesale to see if I can change my size before it is shipped...and yes I received a response the next day that they was able to change my size. "
"I love lovelywholesale! I've been shopping with them for some months now, most of the time they have good quality clothes for good prices. I have had a few hit or miss on the clothing sizes but most items if measured correctly do fit. There was an instance where two of my items were not delivered and I did receive a full refund for both items within two days after completing a customer complaint ticket."

I paid for upgraded shipping and also paid for shipping insurance and when i submitted a ticket letting cust serv know i hadn't received the package they told me i need to provide proof that i didnt get it. I have been jumping through hoops trying to get the issue resolved and still haven't gotten any results. Ive had to file a claim through the post office despite the fact that i paid for shipping insurance through the website. "

"This is my second time shopping on Lovely Wholesale. The first time I shopped was 2 months ago so I can’t say exactly how long it took for my package to come in but it took about a week, MAYBE a week and a half. (I don’t mind the little wait) I was VERY satisfied with my outfit. It fit perfectly on me and was very comfortable. I soon discovered they have a LovelyWholesale app! Which is convenient. I purchased 5 items the 27th of this month in November. The customer service is very nice, and helped me with multiple things such as letting me know when I’d be able to get my tracking number and helping change my address. I was afraid nobody would reply but someone IMMEDIATELY responded the same day I asked for help. Very friendly, GREAT customer service and awesome material when it comes to clothes. I will leave another review once my 5 items comes in. ☺️"
"My entire experience with Lovely Wholesale has been horrible. First, their website completes my order without me hitting check out. Then, I reach out to customer service to ask them to cancel the order because I didn't process the order and they did cancel it, but I haven't received my money back to my PayPal account. They wanted to keep my money on my Lovelywholesale account as a credit, but I asked if it could be returned to my PayPal account. The money hasn't been returned. They are slowful and they don't have a number you can call to talk to someone. The only way I have communicated with them is through email. Horrible customer service and they don't have a refund policy only credit back to your Lovelywholesale account..."
