Do NOT buy from Lovesac.

I paid a lot of money because they offer a life-long warranty. Now they do not honor it as they refer to small print that limits warranty to 3 years.

Very disappointed

"Ok so about two weeks ago we walked into your store on bell rd Erin helped us out she told us Costco had what we are looking for and they were on sale so we went purchased the item paid cash then my husband decided he would like the stalth 8 speaker so we went back into the bell rd store spoke again to Erin again we were instantly sold on it so we ordered it right away as it arrived we noticed we didn't get the covers which I didn't understand tried to get a hold of Erin but she wasn't in so I decided to go to the store on October 15th at the time I walked in Erin says I just emailed your husband telling him it will cost another 331.97 now to say the least I was very upset seeing this was not my mistake I believe that I was not the way it should be in my thought I would return the items cause we have now invested over 11000.00 way to much for the couch set I'm very disappointed in the way this matter was handled and would really like to know why if it was her mistake and now we had to pay again when we ordered the items I would have been ok paying for what we needed not this way im very disappointed with this purchase and would like answers as Erin told me her boss is on vacation this weekend but she thinks nothing else could be done I don't understand why I'm being punished for this again I need answers not excuses she did say something about getting floor models but she wasn't sure how to do this seeing two are in Tucson what should I have to drive to get these items or should as a consumer I should not be paying more than what I expected I'm very upset at this matter in my thoughts you're team took advantage of us and made promises they couldn't keep help me understand how this is our fault again answers not excuses "

Product and customer service are awful!

"Bought a lovesac along with a foot blanket and cover. Delivered fine but a little slower than promised. Unpacked it and found it to be a complete waste of money. It’s heavy, ugly, cumbersome, and severely overpriced. I’ve been attempting to send it back for literal weeks. Can’t get anyone to pick it up, keep getting conflicting information. I’m so frustrated and ready for this garbage to be done! "

"they have a different price every time you go back I went to freehold what a joke sales are a joke she wanted to give me 5 percent when it's online for 20 percent they don't accept cashiers check they expect you to walk around with 7000 dollars check by reviews they have 137 complaints and had a bankruptcy in 2006 don't waste your time and money they won't be around much longer horrible!

Still Waiting

"At this point in time I'm truly not impressed with the customer service from LoveSac.  I have anxiously been awaiting the other part of my order with no communication with LoveSac unless I reach out myself. This appears to be some of the worst customer service I have experienced with a company. I reached out again today via chat to check on the status order and each time I reach out I get the exact same answer your order is four to six weeks out. It appears that the billing process did not have any delays and I'm almost out of 60 days free trail without a full order.

While the quality of the item we did receive appears to good do not expect the same from their customer service.

CANNOT GET MONEY BACK

"Do not buy anything from this company! They finally picked up the very heavy sacs after weeks of trying to repack them. It has been almost 3 weeks and I still have not gotten a refund. After waiting for hours I finally got someone on the phone and all they could say is I should be getting a refund, but 3 weeks after they picked them up, nothing. Do not buy anything from this company!!!!"

Horrible Customer Service...

"I bought a $5500 couch that was not only uncomfortable, but I was never sent the covers. I had to spend an entire day boxing it up, disputing it with my bank, and sending it back. No one ever answered my voicemails, calls, emails, texts...no one! Until the day I disputed it with my bank THEN there was a regular person and emails! I got every cent back too. Worst decision ever and I will NEVER do that again."

Would return but it’s been such a headache I don’t even want to deal with it.

"I’m young. My husband is young. We are in good shape. This couch is a nightmare! It’s heavy. It won’t fit into the blocks. You buy it thinking it will transform into whatever you want and then you realize it’s too time consuming and exhausting to even move! I looked at Lovesac for at least 5yrs dreaming of getting one someday. The price tag is steep but it had so many benefits from what I could see. I wish I never would have gotten this!"

Worst couch ever

"You basically spend $7,000 dollars to build your own couch and at the end of your project you have a really uncomfortable overpriced couch that isn’t easy to reconfigure at all. Garbage furniture from a garbage company. If you hate money and comfort then lovesac is for you. "

Horrible Customer Service!

"I bought this over-priced couch as it was promised 1-2 week delivery. This company has no problem sending you the heavy accessories first before telling you that the covers are back-ordered. Had I known that first-I would've cancelled the order. I ordered this on 11/26/2021and still waiting. The couch isn't that comfortable either and is a PAIN to put together as it comes in 12 boxes that are about 50 lbs each-putting the two covers on that I did get was tough-already split one of the wooden feet...Also-try to get these people on the phone-you cannot and they love to send you random emails. Very poor company."

Dishonest shipping estimates

"Ordered on May 3rd.
Checked in two weeks later and they said there were delays and it should ship by June 7th.
On June 8th I inquired. They did answer within 36 hours which is good, but they said that now it will take up until June 29th to receive my order.

They left a $6400 couch in our driveway in the rain and snow for a week and wont return our calls.

"We purchased a Sactional. Fedex was scheduled to deliver it on Sunday April 18th. Instead they Monday April 12th with no warning or notice to us at all. We were not home to receive the delivery and we will not be home for 5 more days. They left the pile of Lovesac boxes outside in our driveway, unprotected from the weather, in Winter Park Colorado at 9,000 feet in elevation in bad weather with snow and rain. I called customer service and they told me it was not their problem once its delivered. They suggested that I call Fed Ex to complain! I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 55 minutes only to be told that someone would call me back in an hour. A week later and still no one has called me back. Shockingly horrible customer service. We spent over six thousand dollars on this sofa and you just left in our driveway not on the scheduled delivery day, exposed to snow and rain. We will be disputing the charge with our credit card company and filing a consumer complaint against Lovesac. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences we have ever experienced. "

"bought set through Costco, bought add'l units through lovesac.com. Had issue with cup holders laminate bubbling up and contacted their customer service. They asked for pictures, order numbers, more pictures, then replied...sorry not covered by warranty. Stay clear of this POS company as if they can't stand by product after customer paid $8k then they won't be in business very long and good luck on the lifetime warranty on the overpriced couch!"

The most non transparent company in the world

"I thought I bought a full bundle, but I have no idea because they have not sent me an order confirmation. Also, my order did not say that I ordered a custom order, but when I called that is what they said I ordered. They said that I only ordered a cover but they did not send me my order confirmation. They gave me and order number but when I tried to look it up the order number WAS NOT VALID. I don’t know what I order, customer service is a joke, and I have been screwed over big big big time. They are not transparent. I still don’t have an invoice and I ordered it on 11/15/2020 what a joke."

PLEASE READ THIS SO YOU WON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!!!!!!

"I really wish I could go back and change everything that happened with this company! We just moved in to a new apartment and we started to look for furniture, and we heard good things about lovesac so, I decided to check it out. After a couple weeks, we got our furniture. I realized that it was too uncomfortable and I requested an exchange for down blend. They complied , and gave us the boxes. I sent it back to them, AND THEY GAVE ME USED FURNITURE! The boxes were ripped and torn and dirty. I could not believe it! I called them a second time, and told them the situation. They said they were going to send it again, AND SENT THE SAME PACKAGE AS BEFORE!!!!!!!!!!!! Yep. I have had enough. I called them back and said I want a full refund! As soon as I said those words, THEY HUNG UP ON ME! This has been the 3rd week I have been calling to get my refund. AND EVERY SINGLE TIME, THEY HANG UP ON ME!!!!!! So, not only is their product uncomfortable, they will refuse to help you if ANYTHING goes wrong! When I tell you that their beanbag felt like I was sitting on the floor when I sat on it (AFTER FOLLOWING ALL OF THEIR INSTRUCTIONS) , I'm not kidding. SO PLEASE.....DON'T GIVE YOURSELF MORE PAIN AND WASTE MORE MONEY ON A GOOD-FOR-NOTHING STORE!!!!! I sent email after email, and NO RESPONSE! I already called the Better Business Bureau to help me and they said they will. PLEASE..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT, JUST AS I HAVE!!!

(Note: This process has been going on for the past 3 MONTHS and during this time, I HAVE NO FURNITURE AND STILL NO REFUND!! ALL I HAVE IS THE SIDES WHICH THEY REFUSE TO PICK UP!!!!!!! $7000 UP IN FLAMES!!!)
