"We loved the product's diversity and warranty. Unfortunately, we had several issues with our order. I would not recommended anyone purchase from a store. It was extremely disorganized and disappointing. Material, accessories, and number of seats/backs were all incorrect. As we waited the associate who placed our order was visibly (and audibly) frustrated with the transaction, made mistakes and was extremely unprofessional when she would stomp her feet and grunt in frustration. It was very uncomfortable and confusing since I think it was very clear what we wanted since we went over it more than once. A few days later we realized all the mistakes when reviewing the order and noticed the name of the material- then we realized all the other mistakes that had taken place. When we called to have them corrected we asked to speak to a manager, we were informed she would return in two days and call us. As of today, a week later, no call. We were very close to cancelling."
