"The employee, Sven, advised us that he would call us to confirm our shipping request the following day. He did not call us. Two days passed and still no call. I called him and he said that he had been busy. Sven did not have any information for us and said he would call back the following day. Of course this wasn't true and to this day he has never called us back. Another employee called a few days later and left a message. I must say, the product is outstanding; however, the follow up has been awful and disappointing. It seems like the employees have been trained to get the sale by using great customer service and then once the sale is complete, service goes out the window."
