"Over 3 weeks after I ordered the dvd it arrived. It will not play, my machine gives me an error message. They were kind enough to send a free dvd with my order but it will not play although I'm using a new device that plays dvd's and everything other dvd works. No customer service, very sloppy business, a waste of time and money. I wish I would have read a review before I made a purchase"

"It took several weeks, but I got them. My issue with them was that I already had seen nine of the episodes and really only needed the last four I didn’t already have. It didn’t say which episodes were on the disc. I e-mailed, but got no response. I was so desperate to get the last four episodes that I just ordered it anyways. (It says that if you have to text them. I really don’t text and I don’t know why I should have to contact them anyways to find out which episodes are being offered-why that isn’t just listed on the website????!)
This will go right into the trash!!! They weren’t even the first seven episodes and none of the four that I still wanted!!!

"The trick here is that they list very hard to find items that one is tempted to order regardless of the abysmal reviews on the chance of actually getting it. Such was the case with the vintage tv series I ordered. I did eventually receive it after about 3 months, two home burned dvds with the series title scrawled on it with a sharpie. Cost about $30. One of the dvds was unplayable, I think it did not even burn. After 4 or 5 contacts to get the matter resolved, gave up. That was 2 years ago. I know it is tempting to take the chance, given every so often they actually deliver, but doing so just keeps this place going."

"If you buy something you never receive it. When you ask why you did not receive it they want your credit card information. US Post Office should investigate for using the US Mail for fraudulent activity. "

"I was pleased to see that they were duplicating a movie which isn't on the market commercially. That was the good part. Fortunately, I spent less than $20, so I paid to learn that I shouldn't do business with these folks. This is what their business plan appears to be: Promise a whole lot, charge the customer's credit card, and then don't deliver. (It's been Almost a month, and no DVD.) Since part of the "promise a whole lot" is immediate notification within two days if item is not available. And since part of the written promise is delivery within 10-20 business days, along with tracking info--it's probably best if we add to our business plan the strategy of not answering customer inquiries. Better yet, let's make customers only ask about existing orders by filling out the "above form" and then omit the form on our site. And to top it off, let's give a phone number and hours, but don't answer any calls.
And they wonder why such a business plan generates a consistent 1-star rating."

"Ordered a movie from these folks in August 2019. Late September I asked for follow up. Got a return reply and they asked if I would like to wait or they could resend. I went back and told them to please resend. Now I cannot get them to respond at all. Today I tried calling their customer service phone number and received a message that said "this mailbox is full" try calling another number. With no suggestions what that number might be. I would love to receive the movie DVD I ordered and delete this negative review. all I can say for now is "BUYER BEWARE"."

"OMG, put my order in and ONE WK LATER I get an email they are just NOW processing my order ONE WEEK LATER, unacceptable, then 5-10 biz days to ship who does that? they do, very unprofessional, their "loving team" take their sweet time getting to orders placed. I wasn't havin it and emailed back if my video is not here by Sept 6th which is within the 5-10 biz days cancel my order and refund my money, they cancelled the order and made sure to stress " The 5-10 business days is the time frame you agreed to during checkout though." The 5-10 business days obviously does not apply to them. It's not worth the aggravation believe me, read all the negative feedback..AVOID!!
