"It was a long time arriving. Then for $20+ I got a poor quality copy of a film AND none of the extras on the disk had any sound. Maybe only poor quality is what is available, but then I ought not to be paying a first quality price. Then I discovered that I have to cover the cost of returning the disk to have it replaced, which would then increase the cost of a poor quality movie even more. If it is a bad disk, write it off and just send a replacement instead of adding to the customer's cost. No thanks. Not again."

"I have not received the DVD I ordered yet. I ordered it on June 18, my credit card was charged on June 21. I checked on the order status several days ago; status was "in shipping department, tracking number to follow" I just checked again today (July 8) and the status was the same. Although it is taking longer than I expected, I want to be patient and give LTC the benefit of the doubt, My guess is that a DVD copy of a 1932 classic film is not something that a seller would not stock many copies of. I am willing to wait a bit - if LTC can deliver it to me and it is playable and watchable to the extent one would expect of a copy of a 1932 film, I will be happy."
