"I received my dvd today and it is almost unwatchable. It is so dark if you did not know the actors voices you would not know who it was.
This is not the first dvd I have had from Loving the classics with this problem, I purchased Manila Calling a while ago and you could not see the actors in that either.
Please do not say it is an old film because I have it on Dvd purchased from Spain and there is no problem with that.

"DVD movie was very poor quality. I saw the movie, 'Holiday in Havana' on broadcast tv and wanted to have the movie for my collection. The quality of the movie on tv was excellent. I ordered the title from 'Loving the Classics' as this was the only place that I could find it. I received the DVD and when I played it, I was very disappointed. The quality is virtually unwatchable. For the price I had to pay, the quality of this DVD is unacceptable. I don't think I'll be ordering from 'Loving the Classics' anymore."

"I placed an order 9/1/14 for one DVD. No indication it was out of stock on the webpage or in my shopping cart. They did not send an email confirmation of order, but did charge my credit card on 9/3/14. It is now 11/3/14 (9 weeks later) and no DVD. They have no idea when to expect the DVD. The order status page does say it should ship in 1 to 2 weeks, but has said that for about 6 weeks now (the first time I checked on the order). They will only tell me they are "open" to giving me a substitution or refund me for shipping only!! Unbelievable! I purchased DVD as a present for someone whose Bday was in mid-October. Too late now. Also, last year I bought 7 DVDs from LTC of which two were of very bad quality. One did not play at all and one was unwatchable. I did not try to return those, so don't know if they stand behind their products. Kinda doubt it."
