"I ordered contact lenses online through lowestpricecontacts.com. It was a fairly easy transaction however you have to send a separate email with a copy of the Rx bc you can't submit via the website. This is only a minor inconvenience. However, the day after I ordered contacts I began getting 12-15 texts a day from scammers/spammers offering **** or **** related websites. I'm very selective in giving out my phone number but I had to in this case bc I charged to credit card and if I didn't put my correct phone number in the charge would not go through. These numerous texts everyday are such a hassle and there is no way to stop them. Just fyi... this company sells your data so be prepared for a barrage of annoying texts."
"Placed the order on 7:30 am EST on April 6, 202 and paid for the expedited shipping. First contacts were not in stock thereby they state 3-5 days to have them ship for non stock items. 6 Business days before they ship. I reach out via chat to inquire only for them to imply I was wrong and failed to read the site. When I explain and walk them through a calendar, they then claim they did not process for a couple days as if that was a legitimate excuse and that if we use their processing day they meet the 3-5 days (completely ridiculous). They finally ship on April 13th and per my expedited delivery should arrive within 1-3 days of shipping. As of April 20th they are still no where to be seen and when I reach out to Customer Service, their immediate response is yet again to imply they have done nothing wrong and the order has been shipped. After again walking them thru simple math and how to read a calendar combined with the fact they are still not hear (but per tracking are in California when they need to be in Virginia), they finally concede they will return my expedited shipping fees while still not taking ownership but blaming it on the Canadian Post. They make no attempt to return messages, my only ability to reach them was via Chat. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. I strongly encourage customers to pay slightly more elsewhere with companies which value their customers. Fingers crossed, still awaiting delivery as I post this review."
"Ten days later. They still haven’t shipped. What kind of company is this? They said would ship in 2-3 business days. Then, they said 4-5 business days. Now they say gives us a few more days. Very dishonest company!!"
"I searched the web for Biofinity Multifocals and found "Lowest Price Contacts" had them for $45.95/Box. I chose 2 boxes for each eye for a total of $183.80 minus my Promo code for $10 off which reduced my total to $173.80. Great! When I selected "Proceed To Checkout", my shopping cart emptied by itself. When I re selected my contacts, they were now $56.95 for a total of $227.80, an increase of $44.00. I went back to the original link where I found them for $45.95 and tried again. The same thing happened. I tried 3 times with the same results. I deleted my shopping cart and bought them somewhere else. This company ("Lowest Price Contacts") is too shady for me to do business with! I'm not giving my hard earned money to someone I can't trust."
"I ordered contacts from them 10 days ago, they did not communicate the status of my order until today when I called them. Now they say they have not been able to get my contacts from their supplier so I cancelled the order and they charged me $3 for the credit card fee. Buy your contacts elsewhere"
"I ordered from them two years ago. They sent me the wrong brand of lens. I shipped the wrong package back without opening the boxes. They told me as soon as they received the returned product, they will ship the correct package to me even when there was shipping tracking method clearly indicated that I had shipped the wrong items back. This was not the only problem. The main problem was the shipping was back to their US office but their customer service is in Canada. They then told me only when they had time to go to their US office to get the returned product back to their Canadian office then they can ship the correct product to me. I waited and waited that was almost one month after I had placed my order. Finally they said they had received the package but claimed that the boxes had been opened so they would have to charge me for the opened boxes. WHAT? I was so upset so I called them to talk to their manager. The manager finally admitted that their office opened the boxes and would send me the correct product. By the time I received my order, it was way more than a month after I placed my order. I will not want to do business with them again."

I reached out to customer service both via phone and email, seeking a tracking number for the order. The response I received was along the lines of "you should have read the webpage, we don't have this in stock and will have to order it." I understand that business operates a certain why, but it's never good customer service to tell a customer "I told you so" or "gotcha - this was on the webpage and you should have read it." "
"I ordered contacts and got them within 3 to 4 days which was great. They were exactly what I ordered and they also sent 4 free eye drops.

"The prices seem competitive to other online Contact Lens distributors, but their delivery and customer service is atrocious. If you don't mind paying for overnight delivery, and then having your lenses shipped with standard 3-5 day delivery, which is really cool when you're out of lenses and need, need, need them, or if you don't mind not getting refunds when you return product, then this is the company for you! By all means, place your order today! But if you want good service, and a company that follows through on their customer service commitments, you should try a different online option, and there are a lot of them.
...after multiple calls to their customer service department (Shauna, Kyle, and others), and messages left for management (Katherine), I've had to resort to filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back, even after I shipped their product back!!!"
"Ordered contacts on Dec 30. Was told it would be 3-4 days before they would receive them and they would send a confirmation email when they were shipped to me. Called them Jan 9 and was told there were lots of boxes in the back and they were behind getting everything sent out due to the holliday but will send confirmation email with tracking once sent. Jan 12, 13 days after I placed order for contacts I get an email stating that the contacts are on back order by manufacturer and estimated ship date is Jan 20. That's 22 days after I placed the order. Unacceptable!! Will never order from them again. Not worth the 20 bucks saved."
