"I have been ordering Yogi Tea for some time and have never paid any Custom charges. The last order 8 boxes of tea was sent in a huge box and I had to pay an extra £13.50 Custom Charge. I emailed and no response after 3 emails I received one to say they are looking into it and will get back to me .
4th 5th 6th and 7th email and no response to any of them

"Some item on almost every order (over several years) is suddenly out of stock after I place my order. It feels like bait and switch, only worse, because in this case I am forced to place another order to replace the missing item.
2 months after my order, they sent me this message "We're writing to let you know we've cancelled the item(s) below from your order. Sad news for us, but we understand. " What does 'we understand' mean? I did nothing but wait, so what do they understand? That they are incompetent?
They do not have the legally required Unsubscribe button at the bottom of their automated promotional emails, and have ignored my emails requesting that I be unsubscribed.
The email gives links to 2 other review sites besides this, only those do NOT allow reviews! "

"I ordered from this company twice, both times complete and utter failure. First time the order to Australia never arrived and I had the money refunded out of the blue. I contacted support to find out what was happening, only to be told that there was a one-off error in transit and I have to place the order again. After they assured me the error would not occur again I placed the order a second time. What can I say? I'm too trusting. Big mistake right there. I wait patiently for a month, checking tracking a few times a week, just to see the message in tracking details saying that the shipment was returned back to the vendor. It's deja vu all over again, except this time no refund and a reply from customer service that translates to "sorry, but not sorry". Do yourself a favor and stay far away!!"
